depend kn the individual's ability and skill.According yo them jump-landing sequences contributes to the
increase in rate of having sport injury in volleyball because kf its load placed on the body while jumping
and landing to the ground.Prevention of injuries is evidently hard because it is a high risk sport relative
to the knee joint.

According to (Schaffle,1997) strenghtening the entire lower extremity is a good preventive meadures
that can allow the jumper to dissipate the force of landing through muscles instead of ligaments and
bones.

Physical training is also one or maybe the most effective way for preventing injuries(Huwett et. al.)
