This addendum replaces the catering requirements section of the original tender document for outside catering services. It outlines 5 categories of menus required - high tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner and national days. For each category, bidders must provide 3 sample menu options for VIPs and pricing for catering between 200-1000 guests, 1001-5000 guests, and 5001 or more guests. Bidders participating in the TENDER NO. SH/018/2017-
2019 for the provision of outside catering are hereby notified that SECTION V – SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS appearing on page 26 and page 27 of the original tender document is hereby deleted and replaced with the content of this addendum.

(v) National Days (Mashujaa/Jamhuri, etc)
NB: Optional Menu proposals are required for packed lunch boxes and buffet menus expected for organized groups as given in 2, 3, 4, and 5 below.
