The Vernal’s Wear is a well found of clothing line on the


industry, yes it is expected to be the one of the
recognized company because of the solely focusing on
the style, colors and fits to flatter the male and females
figure to meet the company’s specialty. In additional,
Vernal’s wear offer such as business clothing, casual
wear, jeans and formal wear will be the main staple.

Further on, the company will use the value-based pricing


structure, which measures the value of the products to
the costumers such as easy access, quality, customer
services and styles flattering to the target consumer.

As the company grows and earn a positive reputation,


several opportunities will be open. The company plan to
simultaneously develop an online-sell of the Vernal’s
