Introduction
Database Migration Verifier is a Java-based application tool that validates the structural
integrity of the database objects in a migrated database. It carries out a comparison between
your source database and the migrated Oracle Database to ensure both the schema and data are
complete and correct. Use the Database Migration Verifier during testing if you want to
migrate a relational database to Oracle. The tool uses a command-line interface that enables
you to seamlessly integrate it into your existed testing processes.

Compares schema in source database with Oracle migrated schema. Database
Migration Verifier performs a number of tests on table objects, index objects, view
objects, functions, stored procedures and trigger objects.
Performs single row count check on all user-tables to verify the integrity of the
migrated data.
Generates Verification Report that summarizes the results of all verification checks at
schema and data level. The report provides information on object type, object and
