MYALOM CREATIVE ENTERPRISE is a program established in Naga City as a
service provider and venue for training. The organizers were aiming to put up
a center for education, propose activities to government and non-
government institutions and promote local tourism. The organizers formed a
Board of Directors to oversee the program and paid staff to directly manage
the day-to-day activities.

The Myalom Creative Enterprise was established last September 6, 2007 and it
is located at Zone 1, Km. 11, Carolina, Naga City, 4400 Camarines Sur.

Moreover, we are also extending other services such as venue for special
occasion (birthday, wedding, party, etc.) where we provide catering and
accessories.

On top of sponsoring seminars and venue with catering, we also provide


reading materials according to the needs of the participants.

VISION

Our vision is to enhance learning and memorable experiences to


people from all walks of life.

MISSION

People will be provided a venue for significant events and make these
events a learning and memorable experience. We also aim for the
employment of every Bicolano. Moreover, we aim to impart the
influence of Bicol culture thru the events that we organize and lastly to
impart knowledge and satisfaction for the participants.

It is now a trend that Philippines is an archipelago with different places
to visit. As the industry of tourism arises, the knowledge of the persons in
charged for tourism supporters must also grow and progress. The tourism in
the Bicol region is also becoming well known and we also have to consider
hidden places that we can develop and discover.

The Myalom Creative Enterprise is very honored to be tied up with


Department of Tourism to conduct the its 5 Days National Convention on
Tourism set on Avenue Plaza Hotel – The Tent located at takes as a center
stage to hold its 5 Days National Convention on Tourism set at Royale Emelina
located at 40 Magsaysay Ave, Barangay Balatas, Naga, 4400 Camarines Sur
on July 18-22, 2018. This event will be attended by 1,000 participants all over
the Bicol and professionals that practice their profession. Further, teachers are
also welcome to participate and join the convention.

The five day live- in event has the theme “Sustainable Tourism- a Tool
for Development” is very enthusiastic to welcome the participants with open
arms.

This convention noted to provide you with a summary of our country’s


prestigious tourist spots, it aims to introduce the hidden beauty of each
region.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This serves as agreement between MS. LILY P. LEDESMA owner/manager


Myalom Creative Enterprise management services and MR. ARNEL GARCIA
CESO II referred to as the client.

With the Events Management Team:

1. Services must provide by the said event management team-The Myalom


Creative Enterprise management Services team, before, during and after the
event.
2. Provide the venue selection for the Event;
3. Provide the needs for the event;
4. The Events Team must comply to its obligation on (August 15-19, 2018)

With the client:

1. The client must provide payment to the events management team,


2. The Client will give initial down payment of 20,000.00
3. The client must give half of the total net earnings as payment for the Event
Management Team

Signatures of parties below indicates the validity and the implementation of


said agreement between Events Manager and the client.

I. SERVICES

1. A. COMPANY agree to provide:

evaluation entitled:

2. Inclusive general liability insurance with a Php
15,000.00 limit per occurrence, naming CLIENT
as additional insured for the period of event.

1. B. CLIENT agrees to provide the COMPANY

1. One person as principal contact and decision maker.


2. General liability insurance with a Php 150.00 per occurrence
naming CLIENT as additional insured for the period of event.
3. Decisions in the timely manner as required by the final
approval production schedule.
4. 20 volunteers to coordinate registration and guest relations
during the event from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM central time.

II. INVESTMENT

The COMPANY and CLIENT will be having a Profit Sharing between 70%
and 30% of the Total Net Profit.

III. TERMS
The CLIENT agrees to provide the following payment to the COMPANY as
compensation describe above

IV. FEES
A non-refundable reservation fee of 20% is required to secure COMPANY for
the event. This amount shall be subtracted from the event planning fee. The
remaining balance of the event planning fee must be paid in full BEFORE the
start of the event. Personal checks are accepted up to 2 weeks before the
event. All checks shall be made payable to MARICAR P. BALISTAMON. Any
payments received less than 2 weeks before the event must be by cash.

V. PAYMENTS
The CLIENT agrees to pay the Fees to the COMPANY the full payment upon
completion of the Event. The company shall invoice the client for the services
that has provided to the Client 2 days after the event. The Client shall pay
such invoices upon receipt from the Company. Any charges payable under
this agreement are executive of any applicable taxes and such shall be
payable to the company in addition to all other charges payable hereunder.

VI. WARRANTY
The Company represents and warrants that it will perform the services with
reasonable skill and care.

VII. LIMITATION AND LIABILITIES

The COMPANY assures no liability due to the quality of terms or services


purchased for the Client.

VIII. FORCE MAJUERE

Neither party shall be liable nor deemed to be in default for any delay or
failure in performance under this agreement or other interruption of service or
employment deemed resulting, directly or indirectly from acts of God, civil or
military authority, acts of public enemy, war, accidents, fires, explosions,
earthquakes, floods, failures of transportation, strikes or other work
interruptions by other parties employees, or any similar or dissimilar cause
beyond the reasonable control of other party, provided however, in the
event the provision of covered Services is substantially interrupted, the

Company shall have the right to terminate this agreement upon ten (5) days
prior written notice to the Client.

IX. ARBITRATION

The Philippine Arbitration association is designated as the official body for


arbitrating any disputes resulting from his agreement.

X. AUXILLIARY

The agreement that additional services like medical staff/clinic to make sure
that the participants are secured in terms of their safety located at the
convention hall.

XI. THE FULL AGREEMENT

The agreement including any attachments constitutes the full agreement.


Any changes, additions or deletions to this agreement must be approved in
writing by both parties.

XII. ACCEPTANCE

The parties whose signatures are affixed below agreed to accept the terms
and conditions stated within this agreement.

XIII. RELATIONSHIP

This agreement represents the only relationship between the Company and
Client. No other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or
otherwise.

XIV. CONFIDENTIALITY

Neither party will disclose any information of the other which comes into it’s
possessive under or in relation to this agreement and which is of a
confidential nature.
