El Instituto virtual de lenguas (INVIL) es un componente estructural del sistema

Organizacional de la Universidad, de carácter misional y adscrito a la Vicerrectoría de

Relaciones Internacionales, que ofrece programas de formación e lenguas nativas y extranjeras y

será organismo certificador en pruebas internacionales de lenguas, según los estándares

nacionales e internacionales .Su objetivo principal es desarrollar una oferta variada y de alta

calidad de programas de lenguas mediante la modalidad Abierta y a Distancia y poner en marcha

mecanismos de soporte que faciliten la internacionalización de la comunidad UNADISTA.

ENGLISH SELF-OVERCOMING/IMPROVING PLAN

Que cree usted que debe hacer para mejorar sus habilidades en inglés de… (Se puede

GRAMMAR Use the bibliographic contents of the course as a means to improve and
evaluate grammar, these are very useful tools for students and has a
varied content.

LISTENING Listen to audios with conversations in English, frequent situations in

places that are common for all individuals, listen to music and movies
in English.

READING Practice with short texts in English and practice with free exercises on
the internet that evaluate reading comprehension. When shopping in
supermarkets and others, read the instructions and content of the
products in English and not in Spanish. Use the dictionary, write texts
to improve correct writing and vocabulary.

WRITING I think, one of the most important things while writing in English is
Grammar. If we know grammar, we will be able to do coherent
sentences with a good sense for our texts. In this vein, it is important to
look for some grammar contents and practice them every day with
sentences used daily in our context. In this way, I am sure we can
increase meaningfully our writing level. However, it is not only
necessary to learn grammar, but also to increase our vocabulary. Thus,
we will be able to go beyond and express more complex sentences in
our writing productions. A particular example could be, writing some
of the activities that I did during the day, at the end of the day, so we
can practice different structures and find out the unknown vocabulary
for us.

SPEAKING En este sentido contar con alguien que ya hable el idioma para
practicarlo constantemente lo que involucraría poder escuchar y hablar,
de igual manera en nuestro diario vivir y realizando nuestras
actividades cotidianas narrando lo que pasa a nuestro alrededor
realizando un auto evaluación de nuestro proceso verificando si lo que
estamos hablando es lo correcto, poniendo unas tres palabras diarias
nuevas a nuestro vocabulario en ingles podría funcionar de igual
manera.
