Along our career as engineer we must have this visionary being who worries for the
well-being of the humanity, nevertheless along the life there are going to be
appearing specific skills that none of its partners of profession is going to possess,
being a person who stands out in any place where it happens. These qualities are
acquired because of that one as professional must see beyond the limits without the
others realizing, because they have the same possibility of imitating it and this way
to be equal in the new areas of the knowledge. The talent by the observation that
one as engineer has, could be inherited or developed by happening of the years for
its later one it exploits I lie in a positive way, that we have the work of sofisticar the
present systems at present so that they have an efficiency of high quality, in fact it
goes away to present the highest competition between our coworkers, because each
one wants to demonstrate the best thing that it has to the others so that this way he
remains indexed with other companies and obtains more opportunity to give the best
thing of one.

Nevertheless along the history of our engineers' life there will be to the watching
several looters who were stealing a certain quantitative patents quantity so that a

creator. Also it is possible to demonstrate that one has the legitimate documents and
another individual takes them facing one and not to realize any movement, in fact it
is to give its efforts without any economic or legal contribution. As engineer is

use of the alternating current doing commercials and even electrocuting animals to
demonstrate the risk that they could face, nevertheless Tesla managed to fulfill its
target to impose the alternating current in New York in this stage and standardized
the alternating current globally for a distribution of efficient energy for the whole
world.
