with existing laws of England.

2. As the Sole Director and Shareholder of the Corporation, I am likewise

hereby authorized to prosecute on behalf of the Corporation and utilize all
legal remedies available to the Corporation cases, including all civil and
criminal cases related thereto, to be filed against.

3. I am authorized to cause for and in behalf of the preparation of all other

pleadings and documents that will be required to be filed by the
Corporation in the course of any and all proceedings against Ms.
KRISTELE ANN P. BUCOL from the level of the trial court until the
appellate courts should the filing of the same be necessitated by the
circumstances. I am likewise authorized to sign and execute the necessary
Certifications on Non-Forum Shopping and Verification, giving such
authorized signatory such powers and authority necessary to give effect to
the above resolution.
