Dhruv Sawhney - Managing Director


Dhruv is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of valuable experience in the Facilities
Management industry. He was formerly with Lenovo India in the capacity of a Country Manager
for Admin and Facilities. Prior to this he worked with Reuters, Bangalore, as a Facilities
Manager. Earlier he was Property Manager at Star India Bangalore. He has set up and operated
serviced apartments and guest houses for MNCs not only in Bangalore but also all India.

Kaleemulla Shariff- Director


With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry there is little that Kaleemulla does
not know about management, manpower and administration. He has headed The Pegasus Hotels
& Serviced Apartments in the capacity of CEO. Prior to this he worked with Crescent Citadel
Suites, Bangalore as VP and Hotel AJ International, Bangalore, as VP. Some of the other
companies that he has worked with include Microland, Sterling Holiday Resorts, The Oberoi, and
Mohammed S Al Ghowainim & Co., Saudi Arabia. He has set up of three and five star hotels,
serviced apartments, guest houses not only in Bangalore but also in North India.
