For Refugees

Work and Study

The Perspective Program offers refugees with an academic degree from all backgrounds a chance to gain
a master degree, work experience with a German company and language classes over the period of 24
months. The participants of the perspective program will work fulltime within a company on projects that
fit to their background. SIBE will coach and support them to tackle their personal career goals and to
develop their competencies for the benefit and success of their partner company. The studies are conducted
in English, but there will be German and intercultural classes to improve the possibilities of the participants.
As it is on online program, students can take part from wherever there is internet access. The companies
will pay for tuition and an income of at least 1.300€.

Program content
Central to the program are management topics and papers focus on the application of the program content
to the practical company environment. As shown in the graph below, program content in dark blue is led
by SIBE, light blue by POST University.

With successful completion of the program, graduates will receive the degrees Master of Arts in General
Management from Steinbeis University Berlin and the degree Master of Business Administration from POST
University Connecticut, USA.

Requirements
• First degree of minimum Bachelor’s level from an internationally recognized university or college
• Minimum 180 ECTS or international equivalent
• Professional experience is preferred
• Very good English skills

its successful completion we will get you in touch with our partner companies or assist you in finding a
