1. What are the four implementation scenarios and when would you used them?

a) Big Bang: The proposed change is introduced in one major overhaul


b) Parallel: The proposed change is introduced step by step (e.g. by location
or business unit), with the next roll-out starting before the previous one is
finished
c) Relay: The proposed change is introduced step by step, with each roll-out
only starting once the previous one has been completed
d) Combination: A combination of the abovementioned implementation
approaches – perhaps a small pilot and then building up to larger
implementations

2. Why and how will you monitor and adjust the implementation of BPM?

Proyek belumlah selesai sampai implementasinya berhasil dan pengguna merasa


senang dengan hal tersebut. Sering kali pada periode transisi ketika biaya
operasional akan meningkat setelah implementasi dan barulah ketika
keuntungannya mulai dirasakan biaya operasional baru akan menurun.

3. What is a benefit delivery matrix and how does it assist in the benefit realization?

Benefit delivery matrix must continue to be updated during the development phase,
and taken into account during the completion of the People phase.

Continuous improvement – mechanism for continual process optimization and
management.
Processes need to be socialized, sufficient support and guide during initial stages
of new processes are essential to ensure continuous improvement within the
organization
Reward initiatives as well as results for process improvements

The managing, controlling and reporting of processes within an organization

Main emphasis is now on the correct execution of the processes
