The actual innovation of Aurum is the ASTUTE® Dynamic
Heat Exchanger. It is a scraped surface heat exchanger
with an alternative movement of the scraping elements
which avoids the wall tube fouling in high viscosity,
concentration, crystallization and fouling processes.

Aurum Piston Pump replaces those ones that are not

efficient in pumping processes, especially when the
product is particulate.

 Microcutter Comitrol® vs decanter

Microcutter Comitrol® is a disintegration machine that

works as a homogenizing of the product makes cutting
operations at high speed.
It can integrate the fibers and the result is a product
with high quality of homogenization and an excellent
visual appearance
It is used for the disintegration of any element of the fruit
which giving bad appearance to the puree.
In addition, decreases the air content and optimize the
subsequent process of deaeration.
As is often Comitrol® option to use a decanter, which
makes separation by density difference, but in this case
should eliminate fibers and other desirable elements and
with the decanter will decrease the yield in pulp.
