of the Board of Directors and Sangguniang Bayan Member of Caba, La Union, Hon.
Conrado A. Vito, Heads of the different divisions, my dear colleagues in the academe, our
former instructors, to my fellow officers and members of the SICAT Alumni Association,
friends, ladies and gentlemen, good evening!
This turnover ceremony is memorable not only because of the very warm welcome
you have given me as an outgoing SICAT Alumni President; but more so because it
signifies a change in leadership and the turning of a new page in the history of this
institution.

Tonight, I will be turning over our duties and responsibilities as SICAT Alumni
Officers to our successors, to be led by their President, ___________________.

The Association has experienced numerous highs and lows but, with the support and
encouragement of the people around us who never doubted our capabilities, we
persevered and succeeded. Thank you for the support and encouragement mga ka-
buddy to organize this grand alumni homecoming.

In behalf of the SICAT Alumni Association, Alumni Year 2012-2018, allow me to

acknowledge these people, whose magnanimous hearts left a mark in the success of
all our activities:

To Sir John Y. Chan, our School President, thank you for the immense trust and
support.

To Hon. Conrado A. Vito, Board of Director, thank you Sir for granting our request to
give us tonight an inspirational message.

I have of course, reserved my deepest appreciation and gratitude to the following

people who are always behind at my back:

Thank you for being always there. Thank you so much for your effort, time and
sacrifices. I have never seen such determined and rounded individuals. You
continuously inspire me and it makes me really proud to be part of this organization.

To the Alumni Association, I am honored and greatly humbled by this wonderful

experience of being able to serve you. Thank you very much for this rare opportunity.
And above all, I thank the Almighty God for His saving grace and blessings in all the
activities that we have undertaken.

I believe that this Alumni Association will continue in making legendary and
remarkable activities in the name of our Alma Mater for the succeeding years. When I
look at my successor, I’m very positive and confident that this organization under
his/her leadership, will accomplish everything that they have envisioned and may
even surpass what we have achieved.

On behalf of the SICAT Alumni Officers, Alumni year 2012-2018, I will now turn-
over our duties and responsibilities.
