The Critical Stage
The following activities are expected to take place during
the final stretch of the campaign.

 Chief Executive Officer, Clinical leaders, and


managerial department leaders actively participate
 Monitoring becomes unannounced and the
compliance is scored by the “unknown” person.
 The compliance scores are regularly shared with all
employees and staff.
 Managers are asked to develop a plan to meet the
