In the present research will define the implementation of the immediate

process in cases of flagrante delicto criminal in the third Court of

investigation high school of the power of Chiclayo - 2016, with scarce
doctrinal this special process information, so it seeks to define and
explain the concept of the immediate process and the causes of the
procedural burden brought expansion of the time-bound positive within
the Peruvian normative framework of theoretical way.

The methodology that will be awarded has a quantitative and

qualitative approach given that the problem of the study is dynamic
with a numerical and practical problem, use a descriptive design,
whose population and study will be cases presented in third court
research preparatory to Judicial Chiclayo - 2016 and the application of
a questionnaire to judges of the Judicial Branch of Chiclayo still the
technique to be used for the collection of data from list of collation of
court records and questionnaire results obtained from the study, which
will be processed through the program Excel 2013, and finally will
translate the conclusions take account of the specific objectives and
general recommendations of the research carried out.
