Agenda Item No.2: Discussion and Consideration of applications for Import and
export.
2.1.4 M/s Greenscape Eco Management Pvt. Ltd., Alwar, Rajasthan(F. No. 23-
3/2016-HSMD) (For extension of period of the previous permission letter ):
The applicant has informed that DGFT has issued licence for import vide their
letter dated 09/05/2017 after 8 months subsequent to receipt of permission dated
04/04/2016 issued from this Ministry. Due to which they could not import the items
and has requested this Ministry for extension of period of the permission for further
three years.

The matter was last discussed in the 79th meeting of Expert Committee held on
19th and 20th June, 2017 and following were the recommendations made:
“ The Committee noted that the unit has carried out the improvement as suggested
during the site visit. However the unit has to obtain authorization for other waste
(waste pneumatic tyre scrap) for the Wada plant. The case will be considered
subsequent to submission of the aforesaid document”.
The applicant has now submitted authorization from Maharashtra State Pollution
Board (tyre scrap) which is valid upto 31/07/2022 for tyres scrap.
