COMMENTS: (strengths, areas for growth, next steps):


Keaton's strengths are his motivation and enthusiasm for teaching. He developed a positive rapport with each
student both professionally and personally. In his teaching, with ease Keaton incorporated a variety of
classroom management strategies such as clapping excersise, brain breaks etc.. to redirect students
attention. As a next step, Keaton and I both discussed working on time management with his lesson
planning. With rotation of three different grade 7 classes, students need time to finish work then gather
supplies to make the transition to their next class.

Overall, Keaton was successful in his placement.
