The problem is that Fred and Carol deleted and did not save or archive all emails. Our firm policy is to
save and archive all emails, and they did not follow our policy. Further, Fred was the last lawyer to have
your hard copy file, and since I personally looked for the hard copy files in closed files and did not find it, I
believe he destroyed it. We do not have it. Again, Fred’s destroying a hard copy file is against firm policy.
