The Young Achievers Programme by Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is a one-year post-graduate diploma
in general insurance that combines classroom learning, on job training and leads to a rewarding career in General
insurance.

Program Snapshot:

Months 0-4 Class Room Training at Manipal Global, Bangalore, Stipend: Rs 5,000/- * 4

Months 5-6 Internship at key branches of TATA AIG, Stipend: Rs 10,000/-* 2

Months 7-12 On the Job Training (OJT) at the TATA AIG branches, Stipend Rs 16,000/-*6

Month 13 onwards Channel sales Manager/Relationship Manager, Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited ,
CTC: Rs:3,25,000/- p.annum. plus performance linked incentives (as applicable)

Course Fee: Rs 1,71,100/-

Actual Course Cost: Rs 35,100/- (Rs 1,71,100/- (Course Fee) - Rs 1,36,000/- (Stipend earned within a Year) =
35,100/-)

*Fees include all boarding, tuition and lodging expenses for semester one at the Manipal Global Campus, Bangalore.

Responsible for effective execution of the Bancassurance & Affinity (B & A) strategy throughthe team.
Broaden & sustain existing business base
Acquire new partners & ensure their activation for spread of business
Ensure service levels as per desired standards in dealings with producers
Adhere to performance standards for the team

Job Role:Channel sales Manager

Job Responsibility

Responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results
Responsible for recruitment of Agents to ensure achievement of business targets
Accountable for Training and Development of Each Agent thus recruited
Broadening & sustaining existing business base among the Channel Partners
Maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business.
Explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business
leads & networking
To identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity
Channel Partners engagement & networking to gain market feedback & to identify further business avenues
