第一章 电气房
Chapter I Electric room

电气房内放置了卸船机各操作机构主要控制柜体,包括: CMS
柜,PLC柜,起升柜,开闭柜,大车/小车控制柜,料水柜,LV1柜,
LV2柜,LV3柜等其他电气设备。
The main control cabinets of all operation mechanisms of ship
unloader are placed in the electric room including CMS cabinet, PLC
cabinet, hold control cabinet, close control cabinet, gantry/ trolley
control cabinet, feeder control cabinet ,lv1 cabinet, lv2 cabinet, lv3
cabinet and other electric equipments.
1.CMS柜 CMS cabinet
CMS柜内主要放置工业控制计算机系统,主要负责与PLC通讯,
承载CMS系统,实现人机接口功能。
There is mainly the industrial control computer system inside CMS
cabinet which is responsible for the communication with PLC, carrying
CMS system to realize the function of human computer interface.
2.PLC 控制柜 PLC cabinet
PLC控制柜内主要放置整机PLC系统及电磁继电器,卸船机上所
有控制动作指令均由PLC发出。
There is mainly the PLC system and electromagnetic relay inside
PLC control cabinet and all the control instructions of ship unloader are
given by PLC。
3.起升柜hold control cabinet
起升柜主要是给起升电机提供电源
Hold control cabinet is provided the power for the hold motor
4.开闭柜close control cabinet

第二章 机房
Chapter II Machine room

机房内电气设备主要包括四卷筒调整,穿绳,整机照明等设施 。

The electric equipments are mainly comprised of four-drum


adjustment, rope reeving and whole machine lighting devices in the
machine room.
合闸按钮:大车,小车,开闭斗,变幅动力送电。
Master contactor is close: crane, trolley, closing grab, derricking
power transmission.
分闸按钮:大车,小车,开闭斗,变幅动力断电。
Master contactor is open: crane, trolley, closing grab, derricking
power breaking
故障复位:当发生驱动器故障或其他可恢复故障时,按下按钮 ,
可复位相应故障;然后按下合闸按钮,此时方可动机器。
Fault reset: when there’s anything wrong with the drive or any
repairable fault happens, press the button and reset it. After close the
power on button , machine can work.
电机正转/反转开关:控制电机的旋转方向。
Motor positive/negative rotation switch: control the rotation
direction of motor
卷筒正传/反转开关:控制卷筒的旋转方向。
Drum positive/negative rotation switch: control the rotation
direction of drum
收绳/放绳开关:控制穿绳电机的旋转方向。
Rope drawing/releasing switch: control the rotation direction of

rope reeving motor.


卷筒选择1/2/3/4:选择相应卷筒。
Drum choosing 1/2/3/4:choose the drum required.
电机选择 支持/开闭/小车/变幅:选择相应电机。
Motor choice of supporting/closing/trolley/derricking emergency:
choose the motor required
以上相关操作主要用于更换钢丝绳,检修时候。
The operation above is mainly for replacing steel wire rope in
maintenance.

第三章 司机室
Chapter III Driver cabin
在电气房内控制柜所有空气开关处于正常工作状态时,联动台
可显示相应状态并可以进行相应动作,联动台分为左右两个。
When all the air switches of control cabinet are in the normal status
inside electric room, the coupled platform can display the corresponding
status and it can perform relevant operation. The coupled platform is
divided into two parts on left and right sides.
3.1左联动台Left Coupled platform
主令开关:Main instruction switch
四个方向,每个方向有五档。一档为额定速度 10%,二档为额
定速度20%,三档为额定速度50%,四档为额定速度80%,五档为
额定速度100%
As to the four directions, each direction has four gear shifts. First
gear is 10% rated speed, second gear is 20%, third gear 50% , fourth
gear is 80% and fifth gear is 100%.
左:小车左行
Left: trolley goes on the left
右:小车右行
Right: trolley goes on the right
前:大车前行
Forward: crane goes forward
后:大车后行
Backward: crane goes backward
振动给料机的停止/1档/2档/3档/4档/5档选择开关:选择给料
机运行情况,1档为额定值40%,2档为55%,3档为70%,4档为

85%,5档为100%。
Vibration feeder choice switch for stop/1st gear /2nd gear: choose the
operation of material feeder. 1st gear is 40% rated value, 2nd gear is
55%,3 gear is 70%,4 gear is 85%,5 gear is 100%.
后挡门打开:控制后挡门打开。
Wind shield up: control the open of the back stop door
后挡门关闭:控制后挡门关闭。
Wind shield up: control the stop of the back stop doo r
接料板抬起/放下:控制接料板抬起与放下。
Spill plate up/down: control the rise and fall of material receiving
board
喷水除尘启动/停止;控制除尘系统打开与关闭。
Water spray dust removal start/stop: control the open and close of
dust removing system
料斗震动器停止/运行:控制振打电机启动。振打电机不能长时
间运行,每次最多5秒。
Hopper vibrator stop/start: control the start of vibration motor. The
motor cannot work for a long time and can only work for 5 seconds
every time.
锚碇指示灯:指示锚碇打开与否。
Anchor indication light: indicate if the anchor starts or not.
料斗门打开/关闭:控制料斗门开度,用以调整出料量大小。
Fulx adjuster up/down: control the opening of hopper door in order
to adjust the volume of material delivery.
司机室左行/右行:控制司机室运行及其方向。
Driver cabin travels on the left/right: control the traveling of driver

cabin and its direction.


3.2右联动台Right coupled platform
主令开关:Main instruction switch
四个方向,每个方向有五档。一档为额定速度 10%,二档为额
定速度20%,三档为额定速度50%,四档为额定速度80%。五档为额
定速度100%。
As to the five directions, each direction has four gear shifts. First
gear is 10% rated speed, second gear is 20%, third gear 50% , fourth
gear is 80% and fifth gear is 100%.
左:抓斗闭合
Left: the grab is close
右:抓斗打开
Right: the grab is open
前:抓斗下降
Forward: the grab descends
后:抓斗上升
Backward: the grab ascends
电笛按钮:按下后,发出警报音。
Electric alarm button: press the button and give the alarm.
紧停按钮:当有紧急情况发生时候,作紧急停止用。
Emergency button: it is used for emergency stop when emergency
happens.
手动/半自动抓斗:手动时,抓斗开闭完全靠司机操作;半自动
时候,抓斗开,闭极限位置受程序控制。
Manual/semi-automatic grab: as to manual operation, the open and
close of the grab are totally operated by the driver; as to semi-automatic

operation, when the grab is open, close limit position is controlled by


program.
开斗设定:处于“半自动抓斗”运行时,需对抓斗开度数据进行
设定,用于程序计算。设定时,首先将“手动/半自动抓斗”切换至手
动,操作抓斗,将其打开至合适的最大状态,按下本按钮,数据存
储完毕。
Open grab setting: when it works in “semi-automatic grab”, it needs
to set the open degree data of the grab for program calculation. As to the
setting, it should first shift “manual/semi-automatic grab” to manual
operation, open the grab to the proper largest status. Press the button and
the data store is done.
闭斗设定:相应操作与“开斗设定”类似。
Close grab setting: the operation is similar to “open grab setting”.
船舱高度设定:进行半自动运行时候,需对船舱高度设定。将
抓斗放置在船舱中间位置,抓斗的下沿高于船舱高度时,按下按钮,
存储数据。
Ship cabin height setting: As to semi-automatic operation, it needs
to set the height of ship cabin. Place the grab in the middle of ship cabin,
and press the button when the grab lower rim is higher than ship cabin
height and the data store is done.
故障复位:当发生驱动器故障或其他可恢复故障时,按下按钮 ,
可复位相应故障;然后按下合闸按钮,此时方可动机器。
Fault reset: when there’s anything wrong with the drive or any
repairable fault happens, press the button and reset it. After close the
power on button , machine can work.
合闸按钮:大车,小车,开闭斗动力送电。

Master contactor is close: crane, trolley, closing grab, power


transmission.
分闸按钮:大车,小车,开闭斗动力断电。
Master contactor is open: crane, trolley, closing grab, power
breaking
试灯按钮:检查所有指示灯的好坏,按下去时,所有指示灯均
处于显示状态。
Test light button: check all the indication lights. Press the button
and all the indication lights are on.
半自动启动:用于启动半自动。
Semi-automatic start: it is used to start semi-automatic operation.
功能转换开关:选择1位置:单动起升电机;选择2位置:单独
开闭电机;选择3位置:起升电机开闭电机联动;选择4位置:正常
工作位置;选择5位置:调推爬机位置。
Function changeover switch: position 1: action of hoisting motor
only; position 2: action of closing motor only; position 3: linkage of
hoisting motor and closing motor; position 4: normal operation; position
5: relocation of loader.
动力电源指示灯:指示动力电源通断与否。
Dynamic power indication light: indicate if the dynamic power is
on or not.
驱动器故障:驱动器发生故障时,闪烁。
Drive fault: when the drive has fault, it will be flickering.
风速仪:显示实际风速,可进行风速,风级切换。
Anemoscope: indicate actual wind speed, perform the shift of wind
speed and scale

抓斗初始化:每一台班作业前必须做下初始化。司机室合闸,首
先将功能选择开关打在3,将抓斗从料斗里提升至停止位置,然后
将小车开到陆侧停止位,撞下停止限位,然后将小车开回料斗正上
方;将功能选择开关打在2,闭斗,闭好斗后按下闭斗确认按钮;
然后开斗,开好斗后,然后按下开斗确认。最好将功能选择开关打
到4,开始正常卸煤作业。
Grab Initialization: Every machine team shall complete the
initialization before operation: switch on the drive cabin, position the
function option switch to 3, descend the grab out of the hopper to stop,
drive the trolley to the stop point onshore, bump into the stop limit, and
drive the trolley back to the position on top of the hopper; position the
function option switch to 2, close the grab, then, press the “OK” button;
open the grab, then, press the “OK” button. The function option switch is
best positioned to 4 before starting the unloading.

第四章 变幅室
Chapter IV Derricking room
快速/慢速:选择变幅速度。快速15分钟左右,慢速30分钟左右。

Fast speed/slow speed: choose derricking speed. About 8 minutes


for fast speed and 30 minutes for slow speed.
手动/半自动:选择变作模式操作
Manual/semi-automatic: choose the operating mode
合闸按钮:变幅动力送电。
Master contactor is close: derricking power transmission.
分闸按钮:变幅动力断电。
Master contactor is open: derricking power breaking
故障复位:当发生驱动器故障或其他可恢复故障时,按下按钮 ,
可复位相应故障;然后按下合闸按钮,此时方可动机器。
Fault reset: when there’s anything wrong with the drive or any
repairable fault happens, press the button and reset it. After close the
power on button , machine can work.
前臂上仰/下俯:选择变幅方向。
Front arm pitch up/pitch down: choose derricking direction.
安全钩抬起:手动抬起安全钩。
Security hook rise: manually raise the security hook.
安全钩放下限位:安全钩钩住大梁到位指示。
Security hook down limit position: instruction that it hooks the
girder inposition.
安全钩抬起限位:安全钩抬起到位指示。
Security hook up limit position: instruction that it is up in position.
俯仰正常指示:俯仰正常过程中亮。

Normal instruction of pitching: it is on when the pitch is normal.


俯仰水平位置:大梁水平(变幅结束或未开始变幅)指示。
Level position of pitching: girder horizontal instruction (derricking
is done or has not started yet)
故障指示:故障指示。
Fault instruction: instruction of fault.

第五章 料斗就地操作箱
Chapter V Hopper on-the-spot control box
料斗震动器停止/运行:控制振打电机启动。振打电机不能长时
间运行,每次最多5秒。
Hopper vibrator stop/start: control the start of vibration motor. The
motor cannot work for a long time and can only work for 5 seconds
every time.
后挡门打开/关闭:控制后挡门打开与关闭。
Wind shield up/down: control the stop or start of the back stop door
接料板抬起/放下:控制接料板抬起与放下。
Spill plate up/down: control the rise and fall of material receiving
board

合闸按钮:大车动力送电。
Master contactor is close: crane power transmission.
分闸按钮:大车动力断电。
Master contactor is open: crane power breaking
故障复位:当发生驱动器故障或其他可恢复故障时,按下按钮 ,
可复位相应故障;然后按下合闸按钮,此时方可动机器。
Fault reset: when there’s anything wrong with the drive or any
repairable fault happens, press the button and reset it. After close the
power on button , machine can work.
大车前进:大车前进。
Crane forward: the crane travels forward
大车后退:大车后退。
Crane backward: the crane travels backward

第 7 章 操作程序
Chapter VIII Operation order
7.1 合闸 Turn-on switch
7.1.2 合上电气柜内所有断路器和开关,检测各控制柜内三相
电源均为 380V(控制、照明电源为 220V),PLC 工作正常。
Turn on all the breakers and switches inside electric cabinet. Every
three-phase power supply is 380V inside the control cabinets (control
and illumination power supply is 220V) and PLC works normally.
7.1.3 按下联动台上的“合闸按钮”按钮,“电源”指示灯亮,各驱
动器电源接通;
Press the “”total contactor close button” on coupled platform. When
the “power supply” indication light is on, all drive power supply willbe
on;
7.1.4 依次动起升、旋转手柄,检查各限位及行程开关是否起作
用。
Successively perform the hoisting, rotation handle and check if all
the limit position and travel switch are available.
7.1.5 在联动台上按下“试灯”按钮,查看所有指示灯应点亮,然
后松开;
Press “test light” button on coupled platform. Check if all the
indication lights are on and release it;
7.1.6.若有异常情况,按下联动台上的“紧停”按钮,断开主电源
断路器。
If any abnormal situation is found, press “emergency” button on
coupled platform and cut off the breaker of master power supply.
7.1.7 行走机构锚锭及防风装置全部松开。

Release all the travel mechanism anchor and anti-wind devices.


7.2 操作Operation
7.2.1起升机构操作 Hoisting mechanism operation
1) 司机操作前检查“故障指示灯”,灯不亮即可操作。用手提
起右 手主令手柄下端的开关后操作,且在操作主令杆过程中始终
提住此 开关,否则控制命令无效。
Check “fault indication not light” before driver operates. The driver
can operate as soon as the light is on. Manually raise the switch that is
below the main instruction handle on the right side for operation, and
keep lifting this switch in the process of main instruction rod operation.
Otherwise, the control instruction is unavailable.
2) 将操作手柄从零位向后拉重物上升,上升速度以手柄一至
四档依次增加,手柄回零后起升停止。
Hoist load by pulling back the operation handle from zero position
with the rising speed increasing from one to four gear shifts of handle
and the hoisting stops after the handle returns to zero.
3) 将操作手柄从零位向前推重物下降,下降速度以手柄一至
四档依次增加,手柄回零后下降停止。
Descend load by pushing forward the operation handle from zero
position with the descending speed increasing from one to four gear
shifts of handle and the descending stops after the handle returns to zero.
4) 将操作手柄从零位向左,抓斗闭斗。
Turn the operation handle leftward from zero position and the grab
is close.
5) 将操作手柄从零位向右,抓斗打开。
Turn the operation handle rightward from zero position and the grab

is open.
6) 当起吊的货物超载时,发出信号将起升上升操作封锁,起
升机构只能下降操作。
When the hoisted goods are overload, it sends signal to lock the
hoisting operation and the hoisting mechanism has to descend.
7)起升机构的上升和下降极限限位,当机构运行碰到某一方
向停止限位,停止限位动作后 PLC 将禁止起升机构该方向的运行,
但可反向操作。
As to the hoisting and descending limit position of hoisting
mechanism, when the mechanism stops position limiting in operation in
some direction, PLC will prohibit the operation of the hoisting
mechanism in this direction but it is allowed to operate in the reverse
direction.
8)当起升机构发生逆变器故障或其他故障时,PLC将禁止起升
机构的所有动作,直至查出故障原因,并排除故障后,按下故障复
位钮,才能恢复运行。
When the hoisting mechanism has inverter fault or other faults,
PLC will prohibit all the movements of hoisting mechanism until the
fault reason is clarified and the fault is removed. Press the restore button
to resume operation.
7.2.2 小车机构操作 trolley mechanism operation
1) 司机操作前检查“故障指示灯”,灯不亮即可操作。用手提
起右手主令手柄下端的开关后操作,且在操作主令杆过程中始终提
住此开关,否则控制命令无效。
Check “fault indication not light” before driver operates. The driver
can operate as soon as the light is on. Manually raise the switch that is

below the main instruction handle on the right side for operation, and
keep lifting this switch in the process of main instruction rod operation.
Otherwise, the control instruction is unavailable.
2) 将操作手柄从零位向左行或右行,速度以手柄一至四档依
次增加,手柄回零后运行停止。
Turn leftward or rightward the operation handle from zero position
with the speed increasing from one to four gear shifts of handle and the it
stops after the handle returns to zero.
3) 小车运行机构的左右减速限位,当机构运行碰到某一方向
减速限位时,该方向运行自动减速;碰到极限限位时, PLC将禁止
小车机构该方向的运行,但可反向操作。
As to the left and right deceleration limit position of trolley travel
mechanism, when the mechanism stops position limiting in operation in
some direction, it will automatically decelerates in the operation in this
direction; when it reaches the limit position, PLC will prohibit the
operation of the trolley mechanism in this direction but it is allowed to
operate in the reverse direction. Meanwhile.
4) 当小车机构发生调速器故障或其他故障时,PLC将禁止小
车机构的所有动作,直至查出故障原因,并排除故障后,按下故障
复位钮,才能恢复运行。
When the trolley mechanism has inverter fault or other faults, PLC
will prohibit all the movements of trolley mechanism until the fault
reason is clarified and the fault is removed. Press the restore button to
resume operation.
7.2.3 俯仰机构操作Pitching mechanism operation
1)司机室必须位于门架后边时候,俯仰机构才可运行。

The driver cabin has to be located at the back of door frame so that
the pitching mechanism can be operated. 2)打开俯仰液压泵,保证俯
仰安全制动器能够工作。
Open pitching hydraulic pump to ensure the work of pitching
security brake
3)俯仰机构的增幅和减幅均有减速、停止限位,当减速限位动

There are deceleration and stop limit positions for amplitude
increase and decrease of pitching mechanism. As to deceleration limit
position, the derricking mechanism works with the slow speed until it
reaches the stop limit position. As to the stop limit position, the buzzer
alarms, and it prohibits the operation of derricking mechanism but it is
allowed to operate in the reverse direction till it reaches stop limit
position.
4)当俯仰机构发生调速器故障或其他故障时,PLC将禁止变幅
机构的所有动作,直至查出故障原因,并排除故障后,按下故障复
位钮或变频器上复位键后,才能恢复运行。
When the pitching mechanism has inverter fault or other faults,
PLC will prohibit all the movements of derricking mechanism until the
fault reason is clarified and the fault is removed. Press the reset button or
the reset button on frequency converter to resume operation.
7.2.4行走机构操作Travel mechanism operation
1) 确认行走锚锭已解除,联动台上指示“行走锚锭”已解除,
当需要行走锚锭时,使行走机构中以极慢的速度运行,直至锚锭块

落入锚锭坑内,联动台上“行走锚锭”指示灯亮,表示已锚锭。
Confirm that the travel anchor is removed and the coupled platform
indicates “travel anchor” is removed. When it needs the travel anchor,
the travel mechanism operates slowly until the anchor block falls in the
anchor pit. The indication light of “travel anchor” of the coupled
platform is on and that means it has been anchored.
2) 司机操作前检查“故障正常指示灯”,灯不亮即可操作。用
手提起右手手主令手柄下端的开关后操作,且在操作主令杆过程中
始终提住此开关,否则控制命令无效。
Check “fault indication not light” before driver operates. The driver
can operate as soon as the light is on. Manually raise the switch that is
below the main instruction handle on the right side for operation, and
keep lifting this switch in the process of main instruction rod operation.
Otherwise, the control instruction is unavailable
3) 将操作手柄从零位向前推前进,行走速度以手柄一至四档
依次增加,手柄回零后行走停止。
Push forward the operation handle from zero position with the
moving speed increasing from one to four gear shifts of handle and it
stops after the handle returns to zero.
4) 将操作手柄从零位向后拉后退,行走速度以手柄一至四档
依次增加,手柄回零后行走停止。
Push backward the operation handle from zero position with the
moving
speed increasing from one to four gear shifts of handle and it stops
after the handle returns to zero.
5) 当行走机构发生逆变器故障或其他故障时,PLC将禁止行

复位钮,才能恢复运行。

fault reason is clarified and the fault is removed. Press the restore button
to resume operation.
7.2.5 辅助机构操作 Assistant mechanism operation
1)操作在司机室联动台上对应的开关按钮,可对辅助设备进
行控制。
The switch button which is on the coupled platform of driver cabin
can control the assistant equipments.
2)司机室左行、右行。
Driver cabin travels on the left/right
3)振动给料器的一速、二、三、四、五速工作,作业完成后使其
停止工作。
It will stop after the work of vibration feeder with first speed and
second third fourth fifth speed is done
4)接料板机后挡板的上升及下放动作。
The hoisting and descending movements of backboard of material
receiving board machine
5)料斗振动器及喷水除尘的启动及停止。
The start and stop of hopper vibrator and water spray dust removal
6)料斗门的开与关。

1) 司机室运行到停机位置。
The driver cabin operates to the machine stop position.
2)按下联动台上的“控制电源断”按钮,“控制电源断”指示灯亮,
各机构电源接触器断开。
Press the “control power supply off” button on coupled platform.
The indication light of “control power supply off” is on and the power
supply contactor of all mechanisms is off.
3)将行走锚锭放下。
Put down the travel anchor.

第八章 操作注意事项
Chapter IX Operation notes

1.注意清除大车行走轨道上的障碍物。
Pay attention to clean the barrier on crane travel track.
2.检查电缆线是否放置在安全位置,供电系统接触或连接是否
可靠。
Check if the cable is placed in secure position and if the contact or
connection of power supply system is reliable.
3.检查抓斗完好情况,钢丝绳有无脱槽、扭曲等现象,发现问
题及时解决。
Check if the grab is intact, if the steel wire rope is loose from slot or
distorted. Any problem found should be resolved timely.
4. 检查各制动器制动块的磨损情况,制动轮与制动块之间的
间隙是否需要调整。
Check the abrasion of all the brake blocks of arrester and if the
spacing between brake wheel and brake block needs to be adjusted.
5.检查各机构润滑情况,按规定加油润滑。
Check the lubrication of all mechanisms and add lubricant
according to regulations.
6.检查各平台、走道上面是否有杂物以免妨碍各机构动作。
Check if there’s any impurity on all the platforms and passages to
avoid the interference of the movements of all mechanisms.
7.检查驾驶室联动台上各操作手柄是否在零位。
Check if the operation handle is in zero position on coupled
platform of driver cabin.
8.在联动台上按下“试灯”按钮,查看所有指示灯应点亮,然后

松开。
Press “test light” button on coupled platform, check if all the
indication lights are on and then release.
9.行走机构锚锭、防爬器及防风装置全部松开。
Release all the travel mechanism anchor, anticreeper and anti-wind
devices
10.除非卸船机长期不使用,否则高压间和机房风机应该一直
运行,不可以关闭。
The high voltage room and machine room fan should be always
working and cannot be closed unless the ship unloader doesn’t need to
be used for a long time.
11.经常检查水箱内水位,不足时及时加水。
Frequently check the water level in the water container and add
water timely if necessary.
12.卸料时候,严禁打开后挡门,以防粉尘四处飞扬,污染环
境。
It is prohibited to open backboard to avoid dust scattering and
environment pollution in material discharge.
13.振动给料机严禁长时间空载运行。
It is prohibited to operate the vibration feeder with idle load for a
long time.
14.振打电机严禁运行时间超过每次5秒。
It is prohibited to operate vibration motor for more than 5 seconds.
15.司机室运行前必须将安全销子拔出。
The security pin must be pulled out before the operation of driver
cabin.

16.变幅操作前,必须将司机室和小车开回后大梁部分。
Move the driver cabin and trolley to the back girder before the
derricking operation.
17.机房内行车未运行时,严禁与四卷筒和变幅钢丝绳接触。
It is prohibited to contact the four drums and derricking steel wire
rope when the traveling crane has not yet been operated in the machine
room.
18.机房照明严禁频繁开关,每次开关间隔至少15分钟。
It is prohibited to frequently turn on and off the lights in machine
room and the interval between turning on and off should be at least 15
minutes.
19.皮带停止运行时,严禁再卸料于漏斗内。
It is prohibited to discharge material in funnel when the belt stops.
20.料斗内存料超过网格时,应停止抓料,及时处理存料,防
止漏斗堵料。
When the stored material of hopper exceeds the grid, it should stop
grabing material and timely deal with the stored material to avoid the
blocking of funnel.
21.每次作业完料斗不允许有积料,必须把料斗中的物料卸完。
The hopper cannot have rest material after every operation is done.
The material must be discharged completely in hopper.
22.抓斗放于料斗时,如果不能正常提升,应先打到吊清仓模
式。
When the grab is put down for hopper, it should shift to the model
of hoisting the clearance machine if it cannot normally hoist.
23.吊清仓机时候,应该在正常停止限位以上闭斗。

When hoisting the clearance machine, it should close the grab


above the normal stop limit position.
24.正常工作情况,定期观察变压器温控的显示是否正常。停送
电情况每 次则都要观察。
As to normal work situation, regularly observe if the indication of
temperature control of transformer is normal. And observe the electricity
transmission every time.
25.皮带机在未运行时,不允许启功振动给料器。严禁在皮带机
皮带上有料的状况下操作卸船机行走。
When the belt machine not works, it is prohibited to start vibration
feeder. It is prohibited to operate ship unloader to travel in the
circumstance that there is material on the belt of the belt machine.
26.严禁抓斗在抓好物料准备上升时,手柄直接拉升五档;需
在两档和三档各停留1-2秒,然后拉至5档。
Do not straightly shift the handle to the fifth gear when the grab
holding materials is ready to ascend. Stop it at both second gear and third
gear for 1-2 second(s) respectively and then shift to the fifth gear.
