DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Oversees the overall day to day business operations.

 Manages the finance aspects, employees and services.

 Determines staffing requirements, interview, hiring and orientation of new employees or

oversee those personnel processes.

 Records financial transaction and financial reports and payroll.

 Selecting, budgeting, and managing third party partners

 Strategic initiatives and overall management

 Product selection and merchandising

2. DESIGN

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 Male

 At least 25- 35years old


 Broad e-commerce experience with at least one specialty (digital marketing, website

management, etc.)

 Management skills (proven experience fostering teams)

 Legal and copyrights documentation


EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:

1. 13th Month Pay

Employees 13th month pay is equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of the basic salary of an

employee within a calendar year.

2. SSS, Phil-Health, and PAG-IBIG

Regular employees are covered by the SSS, Phil-Health, and PAG-IBIG which will be

deducted by their salary every month. The contribution will be based on their salary.

3. Overtime Pay and Regular Holidays/Rest Day Pay

Under Article 87, an employee who renders over eight (8) hours of service per day shall

be given an overtime pay which is equivalent to his regular hourly wage plus at least twenty-five

percent (25%) thereof. Under Article 93, if an employee is asked to work on their scheduled rest

day or on a non-working holiday, the employee shall be paid an additional compensation of at

least thirty percent (30%) of his regular wage.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Cart It Easy O’Shop will be managed by the manager. Operations will be directed by the

guidelines established by the manager and the partners.

 Maintain friendly environment.

 Maintain orderliness at all times.

 All employees must observe punctuality in coming to work.


 Assigned task must be properly and safely done.

Hours of Work

An employee has a regular work period of eight (8) hours a day, for six working days

with one day off. Each employee has a regular break time of one (1) hour for their meal.

Daily Time Record

Employees must record their time in and time out in the log book for their attendance.

Overtime Work

An employee who renders more than eight (8) hours of service per day shall be given an

overtime pay which is equivalent to his regular hourly wage plus at least twenty-five percent

(25%) thereof.

Absences

The request for leave of an employee shall be reviewed by the manager based on the

attendance record, previous leave and the impact of his/her absence. Employees are qualified to

have unpaid leave of absence.

Release of Salary

Salary will be released every 15th and 30th of the month.

Performance

There will be a regular organizational meeting to be set by the manager; this includes the

general evaluation of each employee’s performance and other organizational related issues or

matter especially on replacement needed to an employee.
