“HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI DENGAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL UNTUK


MELAKUKAN VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Test) DI PUSKESMAS
PARAKAN”

ABSTRAK

Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang menjadi isu penting bersama masyarakat
dunia adalah penyakit Aquires Immmunodefciency Syndrome (AIDS) yang
disebabkan oleh Human Immunodefciency Virus (HIV). Kelompok ibu hamil menjadi
sorotan tersendiri dalam upaya pemutusan tali rantai pencegahan penularan virus HIV
dari ibu ke janinnya. Upaya penanggulangan HIV dan AIDS salah satunya yaitu
dengan Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT).
Desain penelitian ini adalah diskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross
sectional dengan populasi sebanyak 132 responden dan jumlah sampel adalah 58
responden, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan cara
observasi. Analisa data menggunakan chisquare (α=0,05).
Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan persepsi ibu hamil untuk melakukan
VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Test) di puskesmas parakan mempunyai persepsi
dalam kategori negative sebanyak 37 (63,8%). Sikap ibu hamil untuk melakukan vct
(voluntary counseling and test) di puskesmas parakan mempunyai sikap dalam
ketegori negative sebanyak 30 ( 51,7%). Ada hubungan persepsi dengan sikap ibu
hamil untuk melakukan VCT di Puskesmas Parakan (p=0,001).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diharapkan kesadaran bersama
tidak hanya ibu hamil saja tetapi dari masyarakat juga dengan adanya program VCT
ibu hamil dan masyarakat mau berpartisipasi dan mendukung program upaya
penanggulangan HIV dan AIDS dengan VCT.

TEST) AT PARAKAN PUSKESMAS.

ABSTRACT

One of the health problems that become important issues together the world
community is Immmunodefciency Aquires disease Syndrome (AIDS), caused by
Human Immunodefciency Virus (HIV). A group of pregnant women into spotlight of
its own in the quest chain cord disconnection prevention of transmission of HIV from
mother to fetus. Efforts to combat HIV and AIDS one of the Voluntary Counseling
and Testing (VCT).
The design of this research was the descriptive correlation by cross sectional
approach, the population was 132 respondents and the total sample were 58
respondents with accidental sampling method. Data collection used observation. Data
analysis used chisquare (α = 0.05).
The results of this study illustrate the perception of pregnant women to
conduct a VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Test) in the have perception at parakan
puskesmas negative as much as 37 (63.8%). The attitude of expectant mothers to do
vct (voluntary counseling and test) in the have attitude at parakan puskesmas negative
requirements as much as 30 (51.7%). There is a perception of relationships with the
attitude of expectant mothers to do VCT Clinics in Parakan (p = 0.001).
Based on the results of the research conducted, expected a joint awareness not
only pregnant women alone but also by the presence of people program VCT
pregnant women and people willing to participate and support the efforts to combat
HIV and AIDS with VCT.
