Sub: Dismantling of 6 nos. pole at PF No.1 at LMG.

Sir,

This is to inform you that during inspection of ongoing CA work at PF no.1 of LMG station, it was found
that 6 nos pole needs to be removed as it is impeding the progress of ongoing CA work of construction
of new station building and extension of platform shelter. As SSE/Elect/LMG has already informed us
that neither sufficient manpower nor any contractual work is available for the work, it is advised to
SSE/W/N/LMG to provide necessary assistance to with manpower SSE/Elect/LMG for removing the
poles.

Therefore, you are requested to take necessary action so that works can be resumed at PF no.1 at the
earliest without any inconvenience.

Sub: Removal of materials from PF No.1 at LMG station.

This is to inform you that during inspection of the ongoing work at PF no.1 of LMG station Vide CA
no………… dated …………….., it was found that Reinforcement bars were stacked on PF surface and cutting
of bars was done on PF surface which can damage the Kota Stone, which were provided on the surface
with substantial expenditure.Therefore you are advised to Remove all the reinforcement bars from the
PF surface immediately and refrain your men from doing such mischievous activities in future.

This is to inform you that it has been noticed by higher authority that boundary walls at Platform, walls
of Circulating area and Service Buildings were marked with paint for postering, by your men recently.The
walls were painted before a month costing approximately 5.00 lacs.Therefore,Higher authority has
desired that the walls should be repainted.
