BOOKKEEPING AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, INC. (BRCI) (the “Company”) offers
bookkeeping, regulatory compliance and other non-assurance accounting services that aims
to promote simple, accurate and relevant reporting beneficial to management in making sound
economic decisions. The Company aims to become one of the premier business process
outsourcing company known to equip clients in turning their aspirations, ideas and goals into

The Company specializes in various accounting services such as bookkeeping, compilation,
regulatory compliance.

Bookkeeping Services

We provide comprehensive bookkeeping services and generate reports by

collecting, classifying and summarizing financial information as represented by
management without expressing any assurance on such reports. Our services are
flexible conducting on-site and off-site bookkeeping based on our clients’
preference.

Compilation Services

We provide compilation services in accordance with Philippine Standard on

Related Services 4410 (Revised), providing in the form of Financial statements
information the representations of Management without expressing any
assurance on the statements.

Regulatory Compliance

We assist companies on evaluating their level of compliance in accordance with

reporting requirements under existing rules and regulations of regulatory bodies
such as PEZA, BOI, SEC and BIR. We conduct preparation and filing of client’s
tax returns based on the information provided to us.

Payroll Services
 We can handle payroll processing needs such as computation of employee net
pay putting into consideration adherence with existing rules and regulations by
government entities like DOLE, BIR, SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
