01.BASIS OF DESIGN:
THIS DRAWING IS BASED ON THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO US BY OR/ON
BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER, WHO SHOULD CHECK THAT WE HAVE CORRECTLY
INTERPRETED HIS REQUIREMENTS THAT ALL LOADINGS,DIMENSIONS, DETAILS,
ERECTIONS, POURING AND STRIKING SEQUENCES ETC. ARE AS REQUIRED AND
PRACTICEABLE. THE FOLLOWING DRAWINGS OBTAINED ON LOAN HAVE BEEN
USED TO PREPARE THE SCHEME.

02.IMPOSED LOADS:
THE STRUCTURE DETAILED IN THIS DRAWING HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO
SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING IMPOSED LOADS ONLY.

03. FOUNDATION:
THE CUSTOMER MUST ENSURE THAT THE STRUTURE RESTS ON FOUNDATION
ADEQUATE TO CARRY THE LEG LOADS. SOLE PLATE OR OTHER MEANS OF
SPREADING THE IMPOSED LOADS ARE TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CUSTOMER
AND WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED BY MANAR AL OMRAN MAXIMUM CALCULATED LEG
LOAD.....KN.
04.TYING AND BRACING.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL STRUCTURES ARE
ADEQUATELY TIED AND/OR ANCHORED TO CARRY THE LOAD AND ENSURE
STABILITY AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWING.
05.SCAFFOLD TUBE AND FITTINGS.
ALL TUBES AND FITTINGS FORMING PART OF THIS STRUCTURE,
SUPPLIED BY MANAR AL OMRAN CO. MUST CONFORM TO BS1139 OR EQUIVALENT.

06. ALTERATIONS AND MODIFICATION.


THE DESIGN IS BASED ON THE SAFE WORKING LOAD OF MANAR AL OMRAN COMPONENTS,
ANY ALTERATION TO COMPONENTS, ASSEMBLY, LOADING OR ANY OTHER ASPECTS MUST
NOT BE MADE WITHOUT THE WRITTEN AUTHORITY FROM MANAR AL OMRAN COMPANY.

07. TIMBER
ALL TIMBER DESIGN IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND NO
TIMBER IS SUPPLIED BY MANAR AL OMRAN COMPANY.
WE HAVE ASSUMED THE FOLLOWING.

THE ABOVE SIZES HAVE BEEN CALCULATED USING PERMISSIBLE STRESSES AS

DEFLECTION HAS BEEN LIMITED TO 1/270 OF THE SPAN OF EACH MEMBER.
SAFETY PRECUTIONS FOR SHOREBRACE FRAME SYSTEM :-
1- MAKE SURE THAT THE FRAMES ARE VERTICALS
2- MAKE SURE THAT THE MAXIMUM OPENING FOR JACKS IS NO MORE THAN 35cm
3- MAKE SURE THAT THE CROSSBRACE ARE SECURED WITH THE FRAME PIN.
4- MAKE SURE THAT THE FRAMES ARRANGEMENT IS ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN
DRAWINGS.
5- MAKE SURE OF LOADING ALL THE JACKS AND NUTS IS FIRMLY TIGHTENED.
6- MAKE SURE THAT THE TELESCOPIC FRAMES ARE RESTED ON RIVET PIN AND
SPRING CLIP.
7- MAKE SURE THAT THE TELESCOPIC FRAMES ARE FITTED BY SHOREBRACE
COUPLERS AND CROSSBRACE IN BOSTH DIRECTION .
8- MAKE SURE THAT THE TELESCOPIC FRAMES MAXMUM OPEN 142.50m.
