Q-Comp Peer Observer Coach, Robbinsdale School District ~ New Hope, MN 55427 (2017- Present)
Conduct peer observations (45 minutes), pre and post conferences (30 minutes) for continuing contract
teachers and provide feedback on the Q-Comp system.
Train continuing contract staff in the observation/evaluation process as outlined in the Q-Comp plan.
Collect and maintain valid and reliable data regarding licensed staff performance
Act as resource for professional development opportunities for all staff that would improve the
observation and evaluation process.
Guide continuing contract teachers through the professional growth plan.
Maintain ongoing contact with Q-Comp Coordinator.
Participate in local, state, and national training as needed
