Characters :
Christa : Christa has a very passive, calm and seemingly apathetic attitude. Along with her passive
demeanor, Christa seems to always "conserve energy" and never exerts effort on anything unless
absolutely necessary; thus coming off as lazy. Also, because of her attitude, Christa talks little and
seldomly shouts or gets angry, though she does appear to get irritated often, and Christa also rarely smiles
and has never been seen laughing.
Joe : Joe gives the impression that his general demeanor is cheerful, eccentric, hyperactive, and sarcastic.
he has gained a love for humour and smiling, and acts in a Spontaneous mannner.
Lucy : Lucy is a beautiful mysterious young women who hates sunlight. She had a reserved nature before
she even got to know more about the person he had just met. She sometimes looks down or depressed
because of the shortcomings she has and that is she can not come out when the sun is still shining. Her
fear of sunlight made her feel anxious when she wanted to try to get out. But she is very affectionate and
caring about her acquaintances who are already familiar with her. But she can’t keep her secret for too
long from her friends ever since they come to her.
Fanny: Fanny is a cheerful, careloving girl who is loyal to her only friend Lucy. She lives with Lucy
since they were kids. She always help take care of her whenever she is down or depressed. Fanny has a
kind heart and light handed so she always fond in taking care of everything in their house.

Meet Me After Sunset

One day, in the dense forest, there was a pair of young men and women named Joe and
Christa who were having a camp away from their home. Joe is a very active man in the day and has
a busy schedule so he is always on time in every activity including when he wakes up and sleeps.
While Christa is a lazy and quiet woman. She is always sleepy while others do activities while at
night she can not sleep (insomnia). She doesn’t have a spirit of life and always get bored easily.
(Joe was cutting and hauling twigs for a bonfire).
Joe : Hey Christa, help me carry this firewood!
Christa : (standing up from sitting in one of the logs) Fine...
(Christa helped Joe lifting the twigs, but just the half of it and then she’s back sitting again).
Joe : Oh my god Christa, why are you such a lazy bones?? You just picked the half of them!
Christa : It’s called “saving energy”. You know that that’s my motto right? Besides, you can handle them
yourself!
Joe : Whatever, but help me with the sleeping mats and the food okay? We have so much to do!
Christa : Fine...
Joe busy preparing everything to be prepared for camping, while Christa as usual only helps a little
with a messy results
Joe : Christa, help me arrange this sleeping mat, pretty please? (dengan wajah penuh permohonan)
Christa : (yawning) I’m really tired Joe, i wanna take a nap for a while...
Joe : But you promised me to help a few hours ago!
Christa : A few hours ago I’m not feeling to tired. But because you asked me to lift the twigs, my energy
is already in its edge. So now I will take a nap, wheter you liked it or not..
Joe : Why are you such a lazy girl Christa? I don’t understand..
Christa : I have my own reasons...
And so, Christa is having her afternoon nap, while Joe is still busy preparing.
The night comes. Dark tree trunks, clumps of bushes, moon shining through a lattice of
leaves, patchy sky & stars seen in glimpses through tree breaks, tall shadowed pines stretching up
like arrows into the sky. Wind slipping through leaves, creaking tree trunks, the flutter of wings
unseen, snapping twigs, coyote calls, fox yipping, and wolves howling.
Joe and Christa is surrounding the bonfire eating sausages.
Joe : It’s not fair you know, you just slept soundly while I’m busy preping other stuff.
Christa : Well, usualy you’re not always complain about other stuff since you’re such an optimistic guy.
Joe : Because, you’re getting more lazy than usual. Do you wanna tell me what’s wrong?
Christa : I don’t know Joe..., It’s just that my life is getting more boring as time goes on. I feel like my life
is empty and there is something out there waiting for me to be discovered.
Joe: : Oh yeah? What did you even do when you get bored? I couldn’t even handle myself to do nothing.
Christa : Well, I've tried jogging, walking and golf. All these things were ok when I started but never
lasted more than a few months before I stopped doing them.
Joe : Well, you just have to do better than that. Besides, camping is new right? (smiling looking
optimistic).
Christa : (talking to herself) You just don’t understand...
Joe : Pardon?
Christa : Nothing...
Joe : (yawns) I’m full. Its getting late and I’m kind of sleepy. Are you sleepy?
Christa : No, I’m still fresh.
Joe : Don’t forget to turn of the bonfire before you sleep.
Christa : All right fine... (taking an empty bucket)
Christa : Um... Joe? The bucket doesn’t have water in it..
Joe : (snoring already falling asleep in his sleeping mat)
Christa : (sigh) Guess I’ll have to find a river...
Christa was walking on the fallen leaves of the night breeze blowing the pine trees above her
head. She heard a rushing noise of flowing water signing there is a river nearby. She walked
through a bushy and dense pathway to the river. Suddenly, she saw a silhouette of a young woman
standing at the side of the river. She begin to approach her.
Christa : Hello? Excuse me?
Intead of answering but the girl run quickly leaving Christa. Christa is confused, why that
mysterious girl runned after she saw her. Christa is returning back to their place.
Joe : Where are you still awake Christa?
Christa : I was just about to turn off the bonfire, but the bucket is empty so I was looking for a river. And
guess what, I met a girl and she is wearing a red riding hood but she ran away after she saw me.
Joe : Woah, maybe you look creepy like a ghost? That’s why she ran away from you.
Christa : No. Do I like a ghost?
Joe : Yeah, I’m scared, you look more than like a ghost haha.
Christa : Joe you are so....!
Joe : Aahh, yes sorry, I’m just kidding haha.
Christa : I wonder who she is. I want to meet her again.
Joe : Yeah, I wonder too. Let’s meet her tomorrow Christa.
The sun coming up. Christa and Joe woke up and prepared for exploring the woods and
find the mysterious girl. But they found nothing.
Christa : Did you find anything?
Joe : Nothing. Are you sure you meet a girl?
Christa : Yeah, I’m sure Joe.
Suddenly, Christa and Joe saw a woman picking up mushroom.
Christa : Excuse me, can I ask you something?
Fanny : Yes, sure.
Christa : Do you know a girl with a red riding hood?
Fanny : Who are you guys?
Christa : My name is Christa and he is Joe. We’re having a camp here. And you?
Fanny : My name is Fanny. Why do you want to know about a girl with a red riding hood?
Christa : I just want to meet her. Last night I met her but when I approached she ran away.
Fanny : Haha. If you want to meet her, she is only here after sunset.
Joe : Why did she come after sunset?
Fanny : You will know later.
Sunset is coming. Christa and Joe came to see the red-hooded girl at the riverside. And what
Fanny said was right, the girl came when the sunset is coming.
(Christa and Joe approach the girl)
Christa : Hey (while patting her shoulder)
Lucy : (Spraying pepper on her)
Christa : Ahh stop!! Wait, we just want to know you.
Fanny : (Approaching Lucy) Don’t be afraid.
Lucy : You know them?
Fanny : Yes, I know them. They are good people, they just want to meet you.
Christa: Hello, my name is Christa.
Joe: And I’m Joe.
Christa: We’re here to camp for a week. And we just want to meet an acquaintance since its just the two
of us camping here.
Lucy: (Slowly begins to smile) It’s very nice to meet you. My name is Lucy.
Joe: Nice to meet you too Lucy! (Menjabat tangannya dengan penuh semangat).
Christa: Joe stop it! You’re making her embarrassed.
Joe: Oops, sorry.
Lucy: (Laughing) It’s okay.
(Thunders clapping, it started to rain)
Lucy : You can stay at my house. Come on!
As soon as they got to Lucy’s and Fanny’s house, they were given a food but the food is a
strange looking meat like a ‘hog’ meat but half-cooked. Christa is rather disgusted by it so she
quitely rejects their offer, on opposite of Joe, he instantly gobbling up the food greedily without
looking what it is.
Christa : (annoyed) You’re disgusting Joe...
Joe : (excitedly)Aw, cheer up Christa! At least we have food here! And new Friends!
Christa : Whatever, so why did you ran away last night when I saw you?
Lucy : Oh.., I was just suprised because I don’t usually met other people.
Joe : How long have you lived in this forest?
Fanny : Ever since we were kids. Me and Lucy are both orphans so we lived just the both of us.
Christa : Oh, now that you mention it. Why did you come out after sunset?
Lucy : Because I don’t like sunlight.
Joe and Christa are confused hearing that.
Joe : But, did you tried to go out just once?
Lucy : I’ve tried to go out, but I last about ten minutes before having an anxiety attack.
Christa : Unfortunately, you can’t see the beauty of nature in the bright weather.
Lucy : As dark as night, there are still many beautiful things that I can see.
Christa : Oh, I understand. I’ve also met other people like you.
Christa slowly understands that Lucy has a skin disease.
Fanny : I’m glad you understand her. Sometimes people just don’t get her issues.
Joe : Sorry, I think I have to use the bathroom.
Fanny : Sure, it’s in the back.
When Joe was heading for the bathroom, he saw something. He took the object and looked
at the content inside it. And it's like blood.
Lucy walks over to Joe, then Joe quickly saves it for knowing Lucy's coming.
Lucy : The bathroom is over here Joe.
Joe : Ah yes, thank you (gugup)
Lucy goes back to the dining table.
Lucy : It's night we should sleep. You can use that guest room.
At the time in the room, Joe told Christa about what he found.
Joe : I feel there is something strange in here.
Christa : What do you mean?
Joe : I found a bottle filled with blood.
Christa : You must be mistaken.
Joe : No, I'm not mistaken. Let's go leave this place.
Christa : No, just tomorrow. It's night already. Looks like I'm feeling very sleepy, definitely because tired.
Joe : But why?? Your not usually sleepy at this time!
Christa fell asleep. Now it was Joe's turn to sleep. He came out of the room. Suddenly there
was someone who smothered him, he fainted. Apparently he is Fanny. Lucy comes over to Joe then
Lucy kills Joe and takes his blood.
Christa suddenly wakes up looking for Joe.
Christa : Joe. Where are you?!!
Christa was surprised to see that Joe had been lying down.
Christa : Joe!!! Lucy why you killed my friend Joe?!
Lucy : I didn’t kill him. I’m just take some blood from him haha.
Christa : You are wicked!
Lucy : Joe's blood is special. Soon he will wake up and become a vampire like me.
Christa: No! Bring him back!
Lucy : It's useless, he will not remember anything anymore. Now its your turn to die, because your blood
is not special like him, i would rather drink it whole!
Fanny grabs Christa from behind and tied her hands.
Christa : Ouch! That hurts! Let me go now! Why did you do this to me!?
Fanny : It’s your own fault and stupidity that you’re all fall on our own trap. Now, my friend won’t suffer
from hunger anymore. (Ketawa jahat)
Lucy suddenly sprang forward to Christa and split her throat open with a knife. Blood
spurt everywhere. Christa is screaming when she is slowly dying. Lucy sucked her blood until
Christa’s lives float.
Lucy : See you later. Friend...
(Fanny exits)
Lucy : You are the next soon... (looking at Fanny from behind)
Christa and Joe died. Lucy is in fact a vampire who have not been drinking human blood
for a long time. While Fanny is a regular human being but she have her mercy and instead helping
Lucy survive her hunger. But Fanny won’t know Lucy’s true side until it was to late...
