Project Management

● The Project Manager must analyze the project and the expected objectives with
the project. All objectives must be thought considering if they are measurable, clear
and doable, and also must respect consider if they are increasing the profits, the
market share, the activities efficiency and/or the development of the people involved.

● The Project Manager must define tasks to reach all objectives. Tasks for all
objectives, with as much details as posible, for more insignificant it`s thought they
are, step by step.

● The Project Manager must define a responsible person to complete the tasks.
Considering the position inside the company (related to the tasks).

● The Project Manager must define dates to complete the tasks. It`s prefered to
define the dates together with the responsible person who will complete the task.

● All project must be analyzed. Checking all details.

● The project Manager must think about all project risks. Wondering about the
worst case scenario. It`s prefered doing this task together with everyone involved in
the project.

● The Project Manager must think about the reasons that could cause the worst
case scenario. Every reason, going as deeper as posible.

● For every found reasons, the Project Manager must think in preventive actions.
Actions to prevent the thought causes to happen.

● The project Manager must add the founded preventive actions in the project
plan. With a date and a responsible. Together with the others tasks.

● The Project Manager must think about Corrective Actions. The backup actions,
to be made if the preventive actions don`t work, after a potential risk become reality.

● The Project Manager must present the project plan to everyone involved. With
all responsible and dates.

● The Project Manager must follow the realization of all tasks. Asking for the
responsible and seeing some results. It`s prefered to schedule and put some alarm
to remind about all tasks. The Project Manager, also, must update the project plan
according to the unexpected situation that might happen. ӧ
