plain concrete and SFRC

Composition of concrete: 2.6 gal Mixing procedure of plain concrete

Cement 7,716 lb Mix aggregates, sand and cement for 1 minute.

Sand 0 to #4 18,122 lb Add water and superplasticizer at once and mix
for 2.5 minutes.
Crushed limestone #4 to 3/8” 10,053 lb
Measure aircontent.
Crushed limestone 3/8” to 3/4” 12,059 lb
Water 4,090 lb
Mixing procedure of SFRC
Superplasticizer See table below
Dramix® Glued Fibre 0.70 - 1.3 lb Mix aggregates, sand and cement for 1 minute.
Add water and superplasticizer at once and mix
Equipment for 1 minute.
Add steelfibers and mix for 2.5 minutes.
Zyklos ZZ30 panmixer with capacity of 8 gal. Measure aircontent.
