• Presentator is one of the author of the article sent to the committee
• Oral presentation certificates are given to the presenting author / co-author
• Oral should be presented in English
• Presentation schedule is in the hour :
• November 16th, 2017 (Thursday) 03.00-05.00 pm
• November 17th, 2017 (Friday) 08.00 – 10.00 am
• November 18th, 2017 (Saturday) 08.00 – 10.00 am
• Please provide max. 8 slides presentation
• 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
• Judges will stop the presentation if time runs out
• Registration for the symposia is mandatory for the oral presenter.
• Power point submitted to the committee 30 minutes before the presentation begins
• If payment has not been made until October 29th, 2017, then the participation in the
presentation will be disqualified
