Introduction to the Project:

Stockland Corporation Limited (Stockland) is Australia's leading diversified property

group with operations in Australia and the United Kingdom. Stockland has three business
units - Commercial property, Residential and Retirement Living. The CRM system
(comprising Siebel, OBIEE and supporting systems) is used by two of the three Stockland
business units - Commercial Property and Residential. Residential uses it for sales lead
management using Siebel’s Opportunity Management functions. Commercial Property
uses it for management of Stock land’s Retail Centers including lead prospecting, leasing
pipeline and business process workflow using Siebel’s Opportunity Management and
Workflow functions. OBIEE is used to report data from Siebel and third party systems.

As part of the CRM upgrade initiative Stockland wants to upgrade Siebel V7.8 to Siebel v
8.1.1.10, Oracle BI Apps v7.9.5 to v7.9.6.4, OBIEE 10g to 11g (v11.1.1.7.1) and SQL
Server 2008 R2.

Dashboards:

Stockland had 12 Active dashboards in its old environment and we upgraded the same into
the new environment i.e. OBIEE 11.1.1.7.1. Each dashboard will contain different set of
dashboard pages and reports as per the client’s categorization on the business requirements,
in that one board named Residential Marketing Manager Dashboard is empty it means it
doesn’t contains any dashboards pages and reports.

The list of dashboards is:

1. CP Asset Dashboard
2. CP Compliance Dashboard
3. CP Leasing Dashboard
4. CP Retailer Dashboard
5. Residential Asset Dashboard
6. Residential Asset Manager Dashboard
7. Residential Marketing Dashboard
8. Residential Marketing Manager Dashboard
9. Residential Sales Dashboard
10. Residential Sales Manager Dashboard
11. Residential Senior Manager Dashboard
12. SGP_Usage_Tracking.

The first 4 dashboards carry the reports of commercial properties of Stockland like office
buildings, industrials parks, it parks, and shopping malls which are categorized as
commercial properties as per legal act. And the rest of the dashboards carry the reports of
residential properties like retirement villas details and residential contracts, tenant’s details
etc.
