Dear Sir,

This is to inform you the results of the Emergency Evacuation Drill conducted at
Mediclinic Parkview Hospital Project-289, on 09th March 2017. The drill was conducted
for the Project Site. (Photograph attached)

The evacuation drill successfully completed without any incidents, the workforce
gathered at the Assembly area near Site Clinic, within the expected time. A toolbox talk
was given to the operatives to refresh the emergency procedures.
