Brief Statement:

On 3/20/18 at around 12:54 pm, I was informed that Noel G Moor (1/31/90) was ready
for transport from Clatsop Behavioral in Astoria, Oregon to Clatsop County jail.

On 3 19/ 18 during my shift, I had been assigned to an animal abuse where a pet dog was
placed in the oven of a stove and cooked. Information at the time was that the dog was
Moor’s and that she had disclosed that she had placed the dog in the oven because she
thought an ex—boyfriend was inside the dog. The dog was a 7 year old male Chihuahua,
off white in color. The dog had several marks
I responded to the residence (110 NW 4th St, Space A16, Warrenton, Oregon) to confirm
the matter. I was allowed entry to the trailer by the resident and the dog was found
deceased 0n the burner of the oven. The oven was not currently on when I checked.
The smell of burnt hair and flesh was still in the air. The dog had been transported to
Clatsop County Animal Control for further investigation.

Moor had been transported by Officer Josh Hollaway of Warrenton PD on a CBH

directors hold and placed there until released by CBH.
