Details and Achievements:

Project Management & Business Development – BM Holding A.S., Turkey: Started as Petroleum Engineer in
the Drilling Department (HQ) and at the Field (Izmir) for the HQ and the Drilling Subsidiary of the Company,
handling the following:

- Internal Developments: improved the company profile (Services, Quality, Safety, Personnel and
Technicalities) based on updating the company capabilities and services from actual data collected
from the field & office. After improving the company profile, start looking for suitable projects
worldwide, company had few projects in Africa & Europe, applied for Tenders & Projects
internationally.
- Successfully planned, prepared, and submitted international Tenders regarding Drilling & Equipments
supply and services (including planning of services & timeline, procurement of equipment, allocation of
drilling services, technical preparation of drilling programs, safety, quality and personal allocations),
negotiated on the contracts and monitored the execution of the contracts and applied business
development activities with the same clients. Handled invoicing and commercial side of the contracts
with clients.
- Field Works: direct planning, field monitoring, and updating of field inventory for the allocation of
service units, rigs, and services for each project, including tender & contracts handling.
- Got promoted after 6 months of work due to the unique set of works (from planning to execution,
especially for the developments). Chairman of the Board assigned me as a manager in the Project
Management and Business Development Unit (Office and Field). The Unit achieved excellence by
contracting with international clients worldwide including Europe and Africa for Drilling and Well
Services (Geothermal and Water Wells).
- Oilfield Services Subsidiary: Handled Business Development including internal company development,
external development with national and international clients for the supply of drilling equipment.
Assisting in Technical Field Preparation and planning for contracts, reviewing Drilling and Well Services
Units and Drilling Rigs including specs, capacity and inventory allocation at Field.
- Drilling Rigs Manufacturing Subsidiary: Handled company profile development including (Services,
Capabilities, Technical, Quality, Personnel and Safety) Then started handling Tendering and contracting
with national and international clients.
- My criteria of work in major companies & firms is to start planning from internal aspects, then develop
externally in order to succeed in projects, including continues monitoring of all process and always
expand wisely.
