LICENSURE EXAMINATION & REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM

RENEWAL OF PRC ID
PLEASE TAKE NOTE IF YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Before you start, you must have the following on hand:

- Your e-mail address (with password)

- Your mobile number (ex. 09271234567)

- Personal data (including date of graduation)

- ID photo in .jpg format saved on your computer, phone or tablet.


(You can request for an e-file if you have your ID photo taken at a
photo studio.)

NOTE: Your PIC is valid for three years, renewable on your birth month.
However, you can renew your PIC before the expiration date. You will not
lose the one (1) year validity as a result of early renewal.
2. Visit the PRC website at www.prc.gov.ph and point the mouse cursor to the ID Renewal then
click Central Office.
3. If you are using this for the first time, click on the REGISTER tab and fill out the form. You
MUST create your OWN account using your OWN email address. You are allowed to use
ONLY ONE VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT PER USER/APPLICANT. Complete all fields using
drop down menu where applicable then choose ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE.
3A. Read the Terms of Service CAREFULLY and click on the green button if you wish to
continue.
3B. Click the SIGN UP NOW button.
4. If you have previously registered online or finished signing up, enter your email address and
password, then click SIGN IN.
5. To activate your account, access your registered e-mail account, open the PRC generated
email then click Activate Account to verify your account.
6A. Create your profile. To make sure that information is accurate, you must fill up these forms
yourself. Make sure the First & Last name is exactly the same as printed on your existing
PRC ID. Where appears, search with the drop down menu. Do not type in the
information.

For those born in other


countries, choose
FOREIGN COUNTRY
6B. After filling out your profile, check the box for renewal application. Click on the SAVE
INFORMATION button..
6C. Double check your information before you click on the YES button. (You will not be allowed
to change your name after clicking YES.)
7A. Your application details will be displayed. You may still edit your information (except for
your name) by clicking on the EDIT button. Click the icon to upload your photo.

7B. READ the photo requirements carefully. To avoid delay or disapproval, please upload
good quality ID photo. Click the OKAY button to proceed.
7C. Upload your picture via your computer or phone directory.
7D. To continue, click SELECT TRANSACTION.

8A. Select RENEWAL.

Click Here
8B. Select your Profession and enter your 7-digit PRC License Number, then click the
PROCEED button. (PRC License number ex: 0012345)

9. Select PRC Central Office. Choose an appointment date (only from colored boxes). Then
choose your preferred payment option.
(If you choose any of these payment options, there will be a service fee of 45 pesos)

10B. After choosing a payment option, a confirmation window will appear with a Reference
Number. COPY YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER AND PAY AT YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT
CHANNEL.
14A. AFTER PAYMENT, verify your status at EXISTING TRANSACTION Tab. Select PRINT
CLAIM STUB button.
14B. Click the button to print the Application for Professional Identification Card form.
Then click the CLOSE button.

15. Click your name on the upper right corner of the screen and click the LOGOUT button.

REMINDER
Remember: always LOG OUT at the end of your online session especially when using public
computers (Internet and cyber cafes). This is to prevent others from accessing your account and
to protect yourself from fraud, identity theft and other malicious intent.

16. Proceed to the PRC Office you selected in the appointment
page. Bring the Renewal Form.
CPD NOTICE
Notice to all professionals who are required to present earned units for the
renewal of the Professional Identification Card for the period July -December
2017 (click HERE for list)
Present your certificates indicating the CPD units earned upon claiming your
Professional Identification Card.
Professionals who are unable to comply with the required CPD credit units shall
be allowed to renew their Professional Identification Card (PIC) upon execution
of an undertaking to complete the required CPD credit units for the next
compliance period.
The undertaking is included in the application for renewal of PIC (click HERE for
sample, FOR VIEWING ONLY) and can only be availed until December 31,
2018.
Other professionals who will be required to present earned CPD units after 2017
(click HERE) are encouraged to start preparing for the next compliance period.
