To The committee shall adopt the following in the recruitment process. (i) ii) (ii) (iv) wv) wi) (wii) iii) To study the extant instructions/guidelines relating to eligibility criteria ther modus-operandi for general evaluation to for each discipline and ot - I select candidates in accordance with the extant instructions on the subject matter (to be given within a fortnight); Screen the digital applications and shortlist candidates for field trials; Issue call letters to eligible candidates for preliminary verification of educational & achievement in sports and field trials; Form sub-committees for conducting field trials in each discipline to examine the proficiency of the candidates. The sub-committee should necessarily be headed by an officer of the Income-tax Department not below the rank of Joint Commissioner of Income-tax; Conduct field trials to assess the capability of the candidates; Conduct interviews to judge the general intelligence, personality traits and physiological make-up of the candidates; Any other procedures deemed fit for selection of meritorious candidates; Submit the final list of recommended candidates to the PR.CCIT-TN Chennai, for consideration of appointment in the respective cadres. ‘The entire process of selection shall be completed expeditiously latest by 30-06-2018.
