Program Description
The Research Care and Training Program (RCTP) is collaboration between the Kenya Medical
Research Institute (KEMRI), University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and University of
Washington (UW). RCTP leads the Family AIDS Care and Education Services (FACES) program,
a comprehensive HIV prevention and Treatment.

The candidates should be trained in ART Adherence counseling and have skills/ knowledge
in counseling in the context of HIV/AIDS.
Other Requirements
Training on good commodity management is key
At least 1 year experience preferably within a busy health facility care set up.
At least experience in HIV services care and treatment, PMTCT, TB/HIV, PITC;
Good leadership skills, inter-personal relationship and communication skills
Excellent computer skills and must be conversant with computer applications
The position requires a self-motivated flexible individual who can work independently to
ensure good and safe pharmaceutical services.
