Our corporation is an institution that provides medical and welfare services, mainly at
hospitals. The institution is surrounded by historical temples that attract many
foreigners throughout the year.

Since July 2006, Pilipino nurses, who were studying at a Japanese language school,
have been taking a training program at the institution. This program was prepared,
focusing on the Ratification of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA Ratification)
between Indonesia/Philippines and Japan. Our program is progressing, assuring
“understanding each other’s cultures and customs” and “communication.” Our
Comments institution, especially, has a strong support from Japanese language schools and
related organizations based in other Asian countries. Our experience of accepting
Pilipino nurses will be beneficial to welcoming Indonesian nurses and hopefully
provide assurance for the Indonesian candidates.
