Taiwan’s Government

Background:
President: Taiwan’s government is a Multiparty
Representative democratic Republic. They have 3
Tsai Ing-Wen. main peoples principle, Nationalism, Democracy,
May 20th, 2016 - Current and Social well-being...the republic of china runs
the structure of Taiwan. However, the popular vote
Vice President: system is the one that runs, and they have the two
Chen-Chein-Jen four-year terms when it comes to elections.

The 5 different Branches: Yuan, meaning House. The Court System:

Executive Yuan:
This is the highest administrative body, and their job is to enforce
the legislation. The president and premier are the ones that run this
Yuan.
There are 3 levels of subordinate organizations: Executive Yuan
Council, the 8 ministries, and the subordinate departments.

Legislative:
Unicameral legislative has 113 members: 73 made up from the popular
vote, 34 by proportional republic, and 6 by aboriginal constriction. They all
serve for about 4 years.
They have a 3-tiered court system:

Judicial:  Supreme Court


They are assigned by the president, and they are in charge of  High Courts
interpreting the constitutional laws and settling legal dispute. They  District Courts
are responsible for thing like civil, criminal, and administrative cases.
