(Method to reflect the experience as a nurse in Indonesia to the amount of salary, etc.)
As the person who is in charge of training and who supports the training, we have
selected a nurse who has experience being a nursing instructor, and a doctor who was
a lecturer. Using the experience with maintaining her students’ high passing rate for
the state exams as a nursing instructor, she will support the Indonesian nursing
candidates with their preparing for the state exam, not only with support for their
studying but also with psychological support. In order to support the candidates’
learning Japanese, we will prepare preceptors so that the candidates will not be
Other Descriptions isolated in the work place. We also introduce various club activities in the group of our
institution in order for them to make Japanese friends.

The group of our institution pursues the improvement of “patient satisfaction,”

“society satisfaction,” and “employee satisfaction.” In order to improve “patient
satisfaction,” under the Charter on Patient’s Rights, we try our best to listen and
respond to patients’ voices. For improving “society satisfaction,” we contribute to
community medical care, communicating with people in the community. We hope the
Indonesian candidates will learn community medical care through their duties. As for
the “employee satisfaction,” we are ranked the highest in the nation’s largest welfare
system. Our employees enjoy having the Refresh Holiday, a one-week consecutive
holiday between May and February, and the Memorial Holiday for the employee’s
Comments important days. We also provide well-prepared welfare programs, including various
club activities. Our training facility is a rehabilitation institution, but also has a ward
for patients in the acute period, providing secondary emergency medical care. This
hospital is certified by the Japan Council for Quality Health Care, with a philosophy
of supporting patients in order for them to live as they are from the acute period to
the recovery period. The hospital maintains almost 70% of patients’ recovery rate to
the stage of home care. It has received a high degree of media coverage as a successful
rehabilitation facility. The doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation therapists support the
patients as a team, which will give the candidates a sense of fulfillment at work.
