Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy

1. Maximum 25 tickets can be booked online at a time.

2. Tickets can be booked in advance for maximum of 30 days.
3. Guest would be entitled to get a direct entry to the park on carrying the print out of the e-ticket
along with an original valid photo ID proof.
4. In case of not carrying a Printed E- ticket, the guest could collect the ticket from the designated
Wonderla counter on the date of visit presenting the e-ticket soft copy or the message along with an
original valid photo ID proof.
5. Senior citizens should produce an original photo identity card with the age proof along with
printed E-ticket.
6. Child tickets are based on height between 90 cm and 140cm and if the height of the guest found
to be above 140cm during the entry verification, the guest would need to upgrade the ticket to an
adult ticket paying the differential amount at the park counter. Special Price is applicable for Kids
between 75 cm & 60 cm and tickets could be bought from the park.Kids below 75 cm would get
FREE entry to the park.

8. Only one time entry is permitted per e-ticket and no subsequent entry would be permitted due to
security reasons even in the case the guest needs a re-entry during the day of visit.
9. In case the booking person and the guest are 2 different people, then the original identity proof of
the booking person as well as the guest has to be produced at the time of check-in.
10.Cotton attires are not permitted at the water park. Only attires made of Polyester or Nylon
materials- T-shirts, Shorts, Bermudas, Three-fourths or swimsuits will be allowed in the Water Park.

Dress code is applicable for the park: Outfits such as Sarees, Churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal
pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and
indecent attires are not permitted in the water park and certain high thrill rides.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation/ extension/ refund etc are not available under any circumstances.
