Why God Gave Us a Military: The reality of war.

The ignorant politicians in the government have

created notions of what war is, what the military
does, and the methods we MUST use to protect
the nation, that are simply impossible to ever
attain and are nothing more than fairy-tales. The
left hand side of the political spectrum has
invented a fictitious concept of protection against
violence without violence. Never in the history of
humanity has that worked or been the case.

This "stop the violence with rose pedals" political narrative is not even basic in reality, and has only served to put our

brave men and women in jeopardy. Our military people are being incarcerated for being violent defenders of

America. If you understand how our country was constructed and the history of our military, then you know

"violence" is the only reason for the military's existence. The military's assignment is to savagely protect our

freedoms, and brutalize the enemy of until every last one is dead, or until they yield in total, rendering the threat null

and void.

Our forefathers thought it wise to separate the military from the rest of society. The military was purposefully set

apart from everyone else, and also provided an alternate code of conduct. They were bestowed the honor and duty

of killers of all tyranny and the slayers of all threats to freedom and liberty.  Their world is much different than the

civilian.  The environmental equation (Afghanistan) is outside of the typical Americans ability to grasp, and the

"inputs" of the equation even more difficult to come to fully accept.

They deal in the harshest realities of the human condition. They see the most horrible of the horrible.  They

overcome the most terrifying of the terrifying.  And they do all of this DAILY.  They are expected to live outside of

anything most Americans can understand or have the ability to cope with (for long periods of time).  They live

completely differently than everyone else.  Their rules are different because our fore bearers knew the reality of this.

Military folks are not police officers (ok, the MP's are, but that's it). They are highly skilled assassins. You must

understand their function, so that they may be correctly utilized, and not UNFAIRLY punished for being possessed by
the defense of our nation. They are only the enforcers of the will of The People, and the protectors of Our way of

life. They destroy what they are told to destroy. And they obliterate who the American People tell them are threats.

They do all the dirty work that is required to keep America safe.  They are the ones with their bodies and lives on the

line.  Their families are the ones giving of themselves in defense of everything we all love.  They are heroes, and far

too many are locked up prison for slapping around terrorist or "firing" at perceived threats without PERMISSION.

Since when do you require permission to keep yourself alive in America?  Shouldn't that translate 1000 fold to

the battlefield of a foreign country?

 The American civilians need to understand, your politicians are telling the military how to fight, and we are going to

lose because of it.  The politicians are binding their hands with international law, and stealing their God given right to

protect themselves with rules of engagement implementations meant to protect the citizens of foreign lands at the
expense of our people and our families.

It's the job of The People in cooperation with the politicians who decide "who" the bad guys are, NOT HOW TO STOP

THEM. We have Generals and other military officers who study the mechanics of putting whole countries into

extinction, and the military angle of removing brutal and entrenched dictators for YEARS in college.  That is what

they know. They are the experts on winning war, not the politicians.  When politicians get in the way, you end up

with a Vietnam.  A war lost not because we could not win, but we actually chose to lose instead of inflict the required

level of brutality to come home victorious and truly be done with the whole nightmare. I do not advocate

indiscriminate killing. That is insane and against my moral code. However, we have men in jail for being restrained in

their violence (punching terrorists), and justified in their rage while at war.

Perhaps it's not the highest morality man will ever achieve. But it is the morality required on the battlefield.  It is also

the very same you want and must have in war, if you are to win.  What we are doing as a country right now is

insane.  We are trying to befriend a brutal and murderous system of governance, that has been seeking

world domination for 1400 years, at the command of a guy named Muhammed (he was a pedophile, wife beater, and

a homicidal maniac see: Quran and the Hadith for facts), who told them to win at all costs.  He told them they may

lie, cheat, steal, and murder just so long as Islam continues to spread.

We are trying to make friends with evil, so that the violence may stop.  That is anti-American.  We have been told to

keep going after the bad guys until they are no longer a threat (by enemy surrender or by their total annihilation).
