Giovanni then fled on a tricycle while the victim went home still feeling unsteady.     exactly 7:00 pm at Rutel Homds subd. Medicion 1-B, Imus City.

    Brgy. Kagawad Joey Aliscad passes in the Rutel Homes subdivision Medicion 1-B, on board on his car sees
    the suspect, Giovanni Atienza y Garcia, 37 years old, hits his victim Rodante Atienza jr. y Garcia, 32 years
    old, with a hard object due to unknown reason that makes the victim dizzy.

    Giovanni Atienza y Garcia leaves quickly riding his tricycle while Rodante Atienza jr. y Garcia goes home
    still feeling wobbly.

    After a while, Brgy. Kagawad Joey Aliscad goes back to the residence of the victim with Brgy. Chairwoman
    Baby Candalor. They asked him the cause of the accident then, the suspect returns and acts haughtily
    that is why the Brgy. officials carry out the arrest.
