Andahuaylas, in my opinion, is the better place in Apurimac, for the next reasons.

Firstly. I was born in Andahuaylas, and i live there all my life.

Secondly. Andahuaylas is a place very cheaper, because you can buy fruit and vegetables for a
little Price.

And finally. Andahuaylas have the best “cuy chactado” of I’ve ever eaten.

Andahuaylas is located in Apurimac, it’s about 8 hours to cusco, if you travel by bus;

It was created in November 7 of 1533

Andahuaylas is the place where was born Jose Maria Arguedas, one of the best writers in Perú

And then about 30 minutes from Andahuaylas you can find pacucha lagoon, it’s a Enchanted
lagoon and is one of the biggest in Peru.

Next lo pacucha lagoon, you can find sondor raymi, it’s the ruins of chankas civilization, the
chankas were one of the bravest and warriors civilizations in the old Peru.

And not less important, Andahuaylas have one of the oldest piscine in Apurimac, it has a
volcanic water and if you swim in that piscine you will fell relax.

In my opinion, Andahuaylas is the best place to visit, you can eat very delicious, you can visit a
beautiful places and you can visit Pacucha lagoon and other things.

In this month, there are a beautiful event, one of the most important in Perú, it´s called
Puckllay, in this event there are a lot of groups of tipical dance from other cities, and then of
other countries, can you believe it!!

beautiful places and you can visit Pacucha lagoon and other things.
