This course is designed to equip the students with deeper


understanding about Islāmic and Asian civilizations particularly
those civilizations which have formed the foundation of Malaysia.
The course discusses vast aspects of civilization building; including
7 Course Synopsis its theory, characteristics and factors. It concerns about the studies of
positive values promoted the civilizations. In general, the philosophy
of the course is to develop students to become critical thinking
leaders who have positive values in multi-racial world nowadays.

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
