Personally I think that even if Finnish education system is the best one, Canadian and
Ecuadorian education systems also have 6 aspects. In Finland as there is not migrants, there
is not multiculturalism however, in Canada due to the lots of foreign students there is a
remarkable multiculturalism. Also, Ecuadorian students need to wear a
uniform conversely, Canadian and Finnish student don’t need to wear it, and I think this is a
good aspect of the Ecuadorian education because it gives equality between the students. One
of the best aspects is that Finnish system, like Canadian system, doesn’t let the government
take role into the way of education. Finally, I think that the whole countries should follow the
Finnish education system, and as a result encourage the teachers to have a master degree
before teaching.

I agree with Paula,… I agree that the education system in Finland and Canada is better than the
educational system in Ecuador. But also the Ecuadorian educational system has a very important
aspect that since childhood is taught and used to wear a uniform of each institution. In Canada there
is a lot of culturalism because there is already a big education opening for many foreigners without
discrimination, besides that the Canadian government can not participate in the educational system.
Finally, in Finland, the education system is better since teachers have a master's degree to be able to
teach and students are treated in the same way that a student can call by name. In contrast, to students
from Ecuador they should call for their obtained title, students have the option to choose their subject

Ecuador, Canada and Finland have a lot of differences in their cultures, because of that and
they different way of think, they have their own characteristics in their institutions or in their
Educational system. In my opinion, and in terms of inclusion and diversity, Canadian
educational system is the best. Because there are a lot of migrants, which is very important
for a country, because the kids can learn different points of views and also different cultures
too, and the system can provide the same opportunities for migrants and natives, and both
can shows the same results, there we can see that there´s not economical or racial
discrimination in their educational system. Conversely, Finland who has the best results in
education, don’t accept too much migrants in their schools or universities. On the other hand,
there is Ecuadorian system which could be as multicultural likewise Canadian system.
Unfortunately most of the Ecuadorian schools have no extra funds to invest or to improve
education, that’s the reason why teachers doesn’t have master’s degrees and the adequate
preparation for teaching. In contrast, there are Finland and Canada where you cannot be a
teacher if you haven’t a master degree. In conclusion, Canadian system is the best one for me
because of their variety and multicultural society, and the great way to share the same
opportunities for migrants and natives. Therefore there are a lot of educational systems in the
world, but we will never be able to create the best one if we doesn’t change as a society,
because of the quality of the system will depend on our own development, and it is the best
step to work in a best future.

I agree with In my opinion, most of us know that an optimal educational system means that
one country has one development over another. In the comparison of the educational system
of Ecuador, Canada and Finland. For me also the Canadian educational system is the best when
talking about this system, we know that there is a lot of multiculturalism where foreign students
are admitted to different universities, besides that Canadian education is the highest in the
world. In the same way, initial education in Canada is among the best. The Finnish educational
system is also one of the best because it focuses on a good deal between student and teacher.
However, there is not much inclusion of foreign students. These educational systems if they had
the same money income would be very effective for the world. But the Ecuadorian educational
system in comparison to other educational systems receives less money that does not support
research enough for the future or focuses on a subject that a student would want. Finally,
Canada and Finland have trained teachers who teach their students. Therefore, each
country's education system should begin with a change in society’s thinking so that each
person has the same opportunities for development.
