SDSI GLOBAL VENTURE

SDSI Global Venture specialised in event management. For these 5 years, SDSI
Global venture has organised more than 60 events throughout the years. SDSI
Global Venture has been worked together with the government in organising
KARNIVAL USAHAWAN RISDA (RISDAFEST), Penang festival and Street food.
Our vision is to be the main organiser and event planner in Malaysia by putting a
personal touch to every event so as to be the level of the quality standard set. As the
originator of hosting the prestigious event among ASEAN countries in promoting
traditional foods of each country. SDSI GLOBAL VENTURE consist of twenty
members with various skills. We have experienced marketing team and event crew
team, we enclose here with the proposal that outline the details and management
plan for the event for your kind perusal. The proposal covers the project and timeline,
scope of program and facilities provided.

Vision
To introduce and to promote Thailand halal product under OTOP in Malaysia.

Mission
Create a good relations in between Malaysia entrepreneur and Thailand
entrepreneur in SMEs

OBJECTIVES
1. To assist entrepreneur to level up their marketing strategies
2. To bring customer closer to the halal product of Thailand.
3. To generate additional sales
4. To identify sales opportunities
5. To enhance relationship with customer
SME SECTOR IN MALAYSIA
SME is known as small medium enterprises. The government encouraging SMEs by
established SDSI – ‘SATU DAERAH SATU INDUSTRI’’ which means each of area
should established one industry. SMEs is similar to OTOP (ONE TAMBUN ONE
PRODUCT). SMEs has a broad market in Malaysia. Based on statistic, Malaysia has
31.19 billion of populations. There was a total of 645,136 SMEs operating their
businesses in Malaysia. The government assist the SMEs on advisory services in
manufacturing and marketing. Malaysia is stated as a country that export halal
product to the Middle East country. Agencies involved in export and assisting SMEs
are RISDA, MARA, MATRADE and MITI.
OTOP is one of the successful event. By having this showcase our SMEs
entrepreneur can take a chance to learn on how Thailand entrepreneur can trade
internationally.

PROGRAM DETAILS
SDSI GLOBAL VENTURE acts as organiser for the Thailand halal product showcase
in Malaysia. SDSI GLOBAL VENTURE will arrange the showcase all over the
Malaysia. SDSI is responsible for the welfare of the entrepreneur.

ACTIVITIES :-
1. SHOWCASE AND SALE

-The entrepreneur can promote their halal product to Malaysian citizen.

2. BUSSINESS MATCHING
-In between Malaysia- Thailand entrepreneur. To create a good relation and
to encourage them to exchange ideas.

3. THAILAND TRADITONAL PERFORMANCE

-People will learn about Thailand culture

We need full cooperation from the government of Thailand to choose the qualified
entrepreneurs for the showcase. We need forty (40) entrepreneurs for each
showcase.

TIMELINE
It will be held for four (4) days for each location. We will organised the showcase of
OTOP Expo four (4) times in a month.

LOCATION
The showcase will be held in big supermarket with good crowd.

- Giant
- Aeon Jusco

The showcase will be held in closed place. The place equipped with air conditioned,
strategic place and good crowd.
MARKETING
-Social Media Marketing
Facebook as a main social media for the announcement of the showcase.
We encourage our SMEs entrepreneur to attend the business matching session.
