ABOUT ME
I have three years of experience working with a variety of youth at several organizations including the YMCA,
YMCA Child Development Center, Elm Street School (Practicum), and Child and Family Services (Practicum). I
have been enrolled in the Child and Youth Care Counsellor program at the Medicine Hat College for the past two
years and have grown both professionally and personally through that program. I have a strength in building
therapeutic relationships with youth and have experience planning and running youth programming at the YMCA.
Additionally, I was a behavioral specialist during the summer of 2017 at the YMCA day camps, where I worked
one on one with high needs youth to ensure they had a successful and fun summer.
