Welcome to the family of GBH.

We are pleased to appoint you as Chief Administrator at GBH from

__________under following terms and conditions.

1. You shall be performing as Chief Administrator. The details of your scope of

work/function will be work out on your joining jointly.

2. Your consolidated remuneration will be as under:

(A) Basic Salary Rs. _________Per Month

(B) House Rent Rs. _________ “
(C) Conveyance Rs. _________ “
(D) Development Rs. _________ “

In addition to above you are entitle for maximum Rs._____ /- as petrol and Rs. ______/-
as mobile expenses per month on production of bills.

3. Probation:- You shall be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of
joining. Your probation can be, how ever extended, reduced of modified at the
sole discretion of the management. Unless it is confirmed in writing. You will
continue on probation. Your services are liable to be terminated during probation
period without assigning any reason whatsoever by giving one month notice or
payment in lieu of the notice from either side.

4. Confirmation:- On confirmation your services are liable to be terminated by

giving Two months notice or two months notice pay in lieu of notice by either
side.

5. Transfer:- you are liable to transfer from the shift to another shift, from one
section to another or from office to another and vice-varsa or to any
associated/sister establishment existing at present started hereafter.

6. Your behavior, conduct and attitude should match with the mission and vision of
the organization and assist the hospital for the providing best performance.
 7. You will carry out your duties as per instruction of your superior given to you
from time to time.

8. You will carry out your job work diligently and conscientiously and will do every
thing that may be necessary for improvement in efficiency and to achieve the
objectives of the organization.

9. You will not engage directly or indirectly or serve another organization

whatsoever than that of this establishment.

10. Your age of retirement shall be 58 years.

11. If you remain absent without prior written permission of the Management for
seven consecutive days, it shall be deemed that you have voluntarily resigned
from the services of the hospital of your own accord.

12. In respect of matters which are not specifically covered by this letter, you will be
governed by the rules and regulations of the organization which will be in force
from time to time as applicable.

You are requested to return the enclosed copy duly signed as a token of your
acceptance of this letter.
