What is it?
This proyet was made to find solutions
in a Factory where the workers have to
risk their integrity. Actually they have to
strive and work hard and harder so the
main goal will be reduce costs and
time to get a optimum process.
What can we expect?
Our expectations are the Factory
workers will be able to work easier
and faster to be better in their Jobs
but mainly avoid risks and accidentes.
How does it work?
The mechanical operation of this
machine is based on the rotational
movement of an electric engine. Then
the machine has a drive shaft and a
crazy shaft, the drive shaft will be in
charge of moving the load.
The electric control of this machine is
based on the common start and stop
of an electric motor but in this case
the motor is direct current which
requires a rectifier to opérate
Why is it important in the industry?
It has a high importance in the
industry where the workers must load
the heavy material, they must carry
almost one hundred kilos of material
so they could get accidents or illness.
Any other benefits?
It will be able to improve the work so
it will be easier and fater and the
company will have a more efficent
process.
What about its disadvantages?
The main disadvantage is that it does
not support too much load because
the engine is very small because the
motors of direct current of greater
capacity are more expensive so it
only can load 15 kilo.
